SMC 37, Portland 9 at halftime

Portland's stats so bad in so many ways.

    terrible fg%.

SMC has grabbed 10 offensive boards vs. 6 defensive boards for Portland. opposite stats are 20 to 1.

    even shooting 20% FT%...

I'm tempted to take Pacific -2 for the 2nd half. It can't get any worse can it?

Then I think maybe the Gaels continue to put the pedal to the metal in the 2nd. It's why I've quit betting these 2nd halves.

    You're right. LOL!

Sometimes I get distracted watching other things when I should be paying attention to my typing.

Either way, they fail to cover the 2nd half.

I took St Marys 2nd half. There comes a point in some of these games where it goes from thinking there will be a potential for a comeback to becoming hopeless for the team that is down. Portland was like a fish out of water.

Plus the last few weeks the games I watched that St Marys played they didn't cover their spreads eventhough they won. Took a chance on thinking today they just kept the foot on the gas. Glad they kept it up...
