Opened an account with them, deposited $400. Placed couple wagers, they called me and gave me some issue about my deposit and had to get SBR involved after something I felt was unethical was asked of me (posting up 2x my deposit). SBR helped and WagerWeb reps all throughout despite the asking I found unethical, were 100% friendly and a good experience overall.

After discussion it was decided my account would be closed and balance paid. I talked with management and it was decided I could reopen but with some different rules in place which I was OK with. My $1000 balance was paid today and within the timeframe clarified and all. Thanks to both WagerWeb and SBR for the positive experience despite the setback. Wish you both the best. SBR helped right away and things were fixed within 12 hours entirely.
