You can't get the Warriors at EVEN money to win the Finals today........4 months away

Just amazing. Not even Valentine's day and the championship has been decided. I wanted to lay a couple of units on it yesterday and the best I could find was -115 at Betdsi/Bookmaker. Has there ever been a more dominant run on being a favorite this early in the season?

if anyone actually beat gstate in the playoffs it should be considered the biggest upset in history of the nba. That being said its not happening and golden state is walking away with this. All these players/coaches/media who trashed them winning it last year basically gave them all this extra motivation this year. Without all that talk they might not of been motivated to start the season basically in midseason form

Lol you can get +150. In fact I can't find a single place that has worse than +125. Where are you seeing -115

Won't matter when they don't win though.

Like the Spurs to win it. Too much star power for the warriors to handle in a 7 game series. Cavs are not an easy out either. Reg season doesn't mean anything. 7 game series is a different animal.

Warriors are to fast and deep. Not mention there defense is great when there running. anything could happen but getting past the worriors in a seven game series is not a very good bet in any situation.

If you call something a lock, especially months in advance, especially in the NBA.

It's literally a crime that these two great teams (Warriors & Spurs) will not be playing in the NBA finals.
Without a doubt the WCF should overshadow the NBA finals (even if OKC throw a spanner in the works, but particularly if it is Warriors v Spurs for 7 games).

The warriors will not win. Calling them a lock right now is retarded. What if curry tears his acl tomorrow or something. I would stay far away from any warriors futures bet. Especially at those terrible lines.

    They can be beat.

They're expending too much energy in the regular season.

Popovich is laughing at them every night.

Cavs will CAKEWALK through the east and coach Lue will have weeks to prepare for the incoming team -- meanwhile the west will be a bloodbath and whomever emerges -- Thunder, Spurs, Clippers or Warriors -- will have injuries galore, and be tired and beat -- not sure why anyone can't see this -- the odds for Cavs to win it all since Lue came on board went from +350 to +230 in 10 games!!!

-115 that is completely ridiculous. As Louis says any West winner will be softened up for the Finals. The Cavs are a much better value, due to their path to the championship.

On 11/28 I got +190 for the championship and +125 for the conference. I don't see how they lose a series against anyone.

However, injuries can always change things.

A lot can happen by the end of the year. I'm never a fan of these bets unless you're getting a lot better odds on an underdog type team.

What if Curry gets injured or Thompson?

Even if they're healthy, OKC or San Antonio could give them a tough series. They look unstoppable now but a lot can change. I would say it's a decent bet but it's hardly a slam dunk. The minute you start backing the truck full of money to unload is the minute something crazy happens like injuries.

Didn't Curry have some ankle problems??

People say this every year and it's absolutely laughable. This suggestion that "all those good teams in the West will beat up on each other and LeBron will win the Finals easily" is a total joke.

Here's a stat for you: over the last 5 years where LBJ has made 5 straight finals, the team that lost the MOST games in the run up to the Finals has won the finals EVERY time. There was one year where it was tied.

2011 Mavs (3 losses before finals) vs Heat (3)
    2012 Heat (6) vs Thunder (4)
    2013 Heat (4) vs Spurs (2)
    2014 Spurs (6) vs Heat (3)
    2015 Warriors (3) vs Cavs (2)

Having rest during the playoffs means nothing. Zero. Being the best team is all that matters. In fact, it often helps a team to be tested during the playoffs.

Good information. Plus the warriors can't play all three teams that are a threat to them in the playoffs. Lets say its warriors, spurs, okc, and clippers as seeds 1-4. Warriors play clippers which is a boat race and the winner of spurs/okc. Not a big deal when the warriors have only lost 4 of 51 games this season
