    McHale won rings as a great player on a great team but has not set the world on fire as a coach. Let's be honest coaching in nba not quite as critical as in college gm especially if you have great talent. 3 outta 4 coaches appearing in these conf finals are 1 st year guys with no experience. So know LB doesn't make a great point there.
