    They weren't bums!

    They were two feel good stories.

    Rogers was tipped as a Cup prospect about 7 years ago but was just in the wrong place at the wrong time and never got his chances. He had 3 races this year setup and failed to qualify for the first two.

    And Lajoie is a genuine prospect who is kind of late on the scene too.

    Thought they would both run the distance.

    probably not their decision but pretty disgraceful

    first cup race of their careers and they both park it early. Doesn't bode well.

    I hate seeing teams do that. There are other teams that would run the distance. Stop stealing spots from deserving teams so you can run a few laps and collect undeserved money.

    guessing stuff like whether blaney or nemechek will part first is often harder than the real race matchups for some reason
