Guessing one of the firsters comes out firing.3-Emerald Pond 6-1 , 4-Resilient One 8-1 , or 10-Tap It Out 15-1.All three have excellent 1st out trainers , have the breeding , and have been working well in AM.The 10 would be my long shot first but 7-Delightful Erin 30-1 ran a big number on turf sandwiched in between 3 awful dirt tries.Says to me she much prefers the turf and price is way too high.
Race 6
3-Oklahoma Den 10-1 ran the best race of his life the last time he ran 1 mile 3 starts back.Lightly raced for a 5 year old and draws best post since coming back from a long break.
Race 8
Like the 3 inside long shots with 3-Phoenix Park 20-1 most intriguing.Makes first start on turf dropping out of a couple Grade 2s on dirt.Sired by Lookin At Lucky who is off to a good start with turf horses. Toner on a good run dirt to turf and Bravo is riding lights out recently.1-My Cara Mia 15-1 and 2-Skinner Box 12-1 were both parked out wide off a slow pace in G3 Miss Grillo where just about everyone who finished in front of them is going to BC Juvy Filly Turf next.Hard to pick key horse among 3 faves.Margaret Reay finished in front of the two mentioned in Miss Grillo but with a cozy trip.Miss Chatelaine couldn't of gotten a better trip in only start breaking her maiden and horses to run back out of that race haven't ran well.Is trained by Clement and got a figure better than anyone in field.11-Ack Naughty 7-2 got a weak figure breaking maiden because it was NY Bred but couldn't have been more impressive.11-3-1-2
Race 9
4-Leroy Jr. 9-2 only dirt races crush this field.It was before a 247 day layoff followed by two turf sprints but now 3rd start since and if he runs either of his dirt races he wins under wraps.Lost last two at 6-5 and 4-5 odds , and regressed last start so they're the concerns but that was turf.2-Seal Team Four 10-1 , 9-Sun Storm 20-1 are the bombs.The 2 makes first start for A Dutrow and the 9 has the 2nd best figure in the field behind the 4 which he got in his only fast track start.Would like to see 8-Thnxtomyuncle 20-1 throw on blinkers.Always gets going to late shown by his 9 ITM finishes from 19 starts and his pace figs.4-2-9-8
Race 10
Same as race 2 in that the 1st timers look like the best value.3-Aussie Prayer 12-1 is unusual NY bred by Australian sire All American so could relish the soft turf.9-Summon The Spirit 10-1 goes for Jimmy Jerkens who has cooled down some but still finishing off his year long coming out party.6-Sugar Mags 20-1 is a stab based on TF breeding ratings.Her best ratings by far are for wet turf.10-Classic Aussie 9-2 would be my pick among the short prices.

Can make a case for the whole field.3-A Lot 4-1 broke maiden last race at 6f on turf in 2nd start with pace figs that indicate a good chance for improvement stretching out to a mile.2-One Eyed Ray 12-1 has a bit less optimistic pace figs from last race turf sprint but could also improve stretching out.Up in the air on 3rd horse 10-Vision Perfect 7-2 ran 2nd to horse I have touted over and over Juvy Turf bound Imperia with 7-Offering Plan 3rd.
Race 6
Low level claiming land is D Jacobson's playground and he has two chances at it in the 1 and 1A.Both 1st off the claim.Only horse I could try is 2B-Straight Fax 12-1. Often gets running too late but can dial up a big performance now and then.
Race 7
2-Neck Of The Moon 9-2 - had horrible trip from the rail last time and now is 3rd off layoff.This race is impossible though.A bunch of in and out form with everyone having an in form race that is competitive at some point recently.I guess might as well shoot for the bombs with 1-Desert Bliss 15-1 and 12-A Prettydixie 20-1.
Race 8
I guess 8-Powerful Instinct 6-1 and 9-Ironicus 8-1 are going to come back running off layoffs.My crazy horse is 3-Balderdash 30-1.Bad jock , Bad trainer , J Ortiz jumps off , but ran best race of career last out and now goes sprint to route.Is only 3 years old so big race could be a sign is still improving.12-Ocala Jim 9-2 or 4-Energy Spirit 7-2 are safer horses to throw in.
Race 9
4-Flores Island 20-1 ran huge in only start at Belmont .Wolfson as good as it gets sprint to route and 2nd off layoff.
Race 10
This race sets up for a surprise.9-Perfect Step 3-1 towers over the field but it has to be seen as a big negative she shows up in a 25k claimer 1st start in NA and 1st for C Brown .Who knows which horse steps up though.I'll try 2-Blisstering Strike 20-1 who is lightly raced and finds weakest field she has faced yet.

Prayer For Relief is as consistent as they come.Chugging along to finish 3rd/4th just about every race vs the toughest fields as anyone.His chance of winning might be minimal but I think he has a pretty good chance to finish in the top 1/3 of the field.Imperative has one race that is his claim to fame and it was at the Charlestown bullring where it fell into his lap after Moreno and Long River took turns softening up Game On Dude.

BTW I'm sure the max on those props isn't that high

VE Day over Moreno -115 Moreno is gonna do what it can to keep up with Bayern but he is no match.
He will be getting passed up by alot of horses just like the Gold cup. VE day is a huge closer who i could actually see winning this race. Good luck with everyones bets!

Race 1
Lack of speed in here bodes well for 8-Hide My Heart 4-1 and 10-Margie's Minute 15-1.They are the only speed but have shown that speed mostly on dirt.Against the favorite 7-Night Song 3-1.Trainer very good first off the boat from Europe but this horse is slow compared to the field which is rare for euros.I have it narrowed down to 3-Bingismything 6-1 , 11-Intoxicating Move 8-1 , and 12-As Rulers Go 12-1.Could throw in 5-Starry Skies 6-1 for a $24 box.6-Zanbo 10-1 is an underneath horse in ex/tri as she is competitive but doesn't like to win.Then the speed horses could hold on for 3rd or 4th.Or they prolly wire the field and I lose.

5-Big Casanova 5-2 and 6-Mystery Train 4-1 will be on the lead which is a trait I am going to weigh very heavily in determining the winners especially on dirt.I am hoping they come to their senses with the turf course and water it/don't mow it.1-Big Kick 9-2 will also be close enough to the front to have that advantage.However Vic Espinoza chose 7-Sky Kingdom 5-1 instead of the 1 and will take that as a big plus considering he and Baffert are on a heater the last YEAR.

6-Mystery Train 4-1 - Big rider switch as Blanc is not a dirt jock and M Smith is one of best on front runners.
5-Big Casanova 5-2
7-Sky Kingdom 5-1

Race 3
Tough race if you can get past 4-My Fiona 2-1 and there are some negatives.Trainer not so good synth to dirt or at SA or off this type of two month break.Could take a stand against with the 1-3-5-6 speed which is probably the way to go playing an exacta.Looking for a W/P horse leads me to the 2 turnbacks 3-Moonie 15-1 and 2-Take Back Spring 15-1.Both are a little slow compared to the others but they have improved every race.Each has different things to like.The 2 has red hot L Mora as trainer.The 3 looks like she has more upside running for only the 4th time and has more early speed than the 2.Leaving this race alone for now.Will revisit

Race 4
2-Talco 8-1 ran a much better race than 1-Sawyer's Hill 12-1 in Del Mar Derby even though he finished behind him.Some other live looking bombs are 5-Patriots Rule 12-1 , 3-Ashleyluvssugar 20-1 , and 9-Sammy Mandeville 20-1.

Baffert brings back 3 runners off long breaks including two of his derby trail horses in Chitu and Midnight Hawk as the fave and co-2nd choice.The longest price of the three 7-Declassify 6-1 is the one I'd use first.Has run very fast before directly off the bench and already won a G1 at this distance at this track.9-Broadway Empire 6-1 draws outside all the speed aside from Bahamian Squall.The long shots are 1-Bellarmine 20-1 who is sprinting for the first time in 18 races career.Also making first start for Hess.8-Syndicated 30-1 ran a race last out that might be good enough to win here but it was on Del Mar's poly.Always scary trying to beat Baffert horses who are tearing up the track in the AM coming back from a break.As the two favorites I have to let them beat me.

My main stance is that I don't like any of the US runners in The Juvenile Turf .I do have a crush on Imperia due to his breeding and think he will go on to be a grade 1 horse from 3 yr to 4 yr old but not here.He is just too slow even with projected improvement compared to the Euros .They dominate this race with 7-War Envoy 9-2 best of the bunch.He could explode finally getting a chance to run a route .Then 1-Wet Sail 15-1 would be my next choice.The 7 and 9 have been battle tested running in the toughest races.4-Commemorative 8-1 and 9-Aktabantay 12-1 both are priced too high too.5-Hootenanny 3-1 towers over the field on turf sprint figures and maybe the rock hard course carries him further than he normally would.I have to think given even a close to fair course he hits a wall at around 7fs.

Race 7
The Dirt Mile looks pretty straightforward with 1-Goldencents 6-5 .Long shots to throw under them could be 2-Carve 15-1 and 6-Golden Ticket 15-1.Carve goes for B Cox who is finally making the transition from outstanding claiming trainer to graded stakes trainer.The horse ran great last time M Smith was up against the track and it was at a mile.Golden Ticket runs his best races whenever Rosario gets on him.Worried about the track but if it's a superspeedway Rosario will do all he can to get him involved.Everything I have heard/read is picking Goldencents/Tapiture or Tapiture/Goldencents.It definitely wouldn't shock me if he won I just think his wheelhouse is further than this.Could be in store for a wide trip too.

Race 8
The Juvy Filly Turf has a differnet look than the colts as Chad Brown has a stronger hand here.Plus the main contender is drawn way out in post 14.A lot of speed so race could set up for a shocker coming from way out.The 3 C Brown's 1-Partisan Politics 15-1 , 4-Lady Eli 6-1 , and 6-Sivoliere 12-1 are a formidable trio and all drew well.He also has a 4th in the 12 but less than other 3.R Hannon is cursed when he brings them over to run in US so trying to beat Osaila who will probably take a lot of money and maybe even vying for favortism.Won't be surprised if the 2 is miles the best but finds a way to lose.14-Qualify is a major contender but has many obstacles to overcome from post 14.Still it seems like every horse A Obrien puts in a race has a good chance to win.

Prayer For Relief is as consistent as they come.Chugging along to finish 3rd/4th just about every race vs the toughest fields as anyone.His chance of winning might be minimal but I think he has a pretty good chance to finish in the top 1/3 of the field.Imperative has one race that is his claim to fame and it was at the Charlestown bullring where it fell into his lap after Moreno and Long River took turns softening up Game On Dude.
