Well, that escalated quickly: Claude Julien is coach of the Montreal Canadiens.

So what you are basically saying is, that Montreal is 100 % gonna win their next game and we should bet orur whole bankroll on that game? I am in!

Because thats what normally happens with a new coach. BUT, does it work if the new coach has just been fired from another team one week earlier?

Scrivero, I like that the Habs have 6 days off between games.
Their next game is Saturday afternoon, at home vs. Winnipeg.
This gives Julien some time to work with the team.

That might increase their chances of winning the first game even more. Winnipeg is giving loads of goals, their defence is rather horrible. They can score loads too though, especially when Laine is in the groove (3 goals again last night). And WInnipeg is terrible in afternoon games, as well as in away games.

yeah, it's something to think about, Scrivero.
We just need to pay attention to the injury reports.

He can't work with the team they aren't allowed to practice this week.

As long as he's a francophone, Montreal would hire a brain dead whale.
Didn't they fire this Julien guy 10 yrs ago?

Just a heads up....the past two Stanley Cup winners/runner-ups and 6 of the past 8 had Corsi and PDO numbers very similar to Montreal. They need to get back on track, though, before I even consider a future bet on them winning the East
