    Rangers/Blue Jackets

    Rangers goalie: Antti Raanta
    Jackets goalie: Sergei Bobrovsky

    This one is tough. The Rangers are a high-scoring road team. They average 3.40 goals per game on the road and are 14-11 going over 2.5 goals.
    The Blue Jackets are a high-scoring home team. They average 3.33 goals per game and are 17-11 going over 2.5 goals. At first glance, team total overs and game total o5.5 look sure-fire. Then there are the goalies.
    Bobrovsky is a machine at home. He only allows 1.92 goals per game at home. Teams are only 5-19 going over 2.5 goals against him at home. However, he is pretty weak vs the Rangers. For his career, he is 4-8-2 with a .904 save % and allows 2.93 goals per game.
    Raanta isn't a bad road goalie. This season, in a small sample size (7 starts), he allows 2.29 goals per game on the road. Teams are 2-5 going over 2.5 goals against him on the road.
    I'm only going to go with one play and hope for the best: Over 5.5 -121
    Team total odds are -135 and -165 so I'll just stick with the game total.

    I guess I'll pick a side, too. Rangers are 8-2 in their last ten road game. Blue Jackets are 6-4 in their last ten home games. Rangers are 8-2 in their last ten games vs. the Blue Jackets.

    With that said, my system says that I gotta play this game U4,5 with odds +350 I somehow trust the analysis of MJ more but I gotta root for the U4,5.

    I may take Calgary -1 1/2 if the Rangers come through

    They haven't lost yet to the Coyotes yet this season, Arizona is extra awful on the road too

    Line movement in Rangers game isn't favorable. Could just be an adjustment based off Rangers starting Raanta instead of Lundqvist.
