    SBR Masters Matchup Contest - Picks Thread (Thu 10am ET)

    SBR Masters Matchups Contest - 1000 betpoints Giveaway

    Last year's SBR Masters Matchups Contest saw Jasonal_98 win our SBR green jacket and first prize of 500 betpoints! Who will it be in 2011?

    • The Masters runs from Thursday, April 7 to Sunday, April 10.
    • About 15 matchups will be posted by Wednesday, listing various 2-way, 3-way, and 4-way matchups with odds for each choice.
    • Select one golfer in each matchup,with a fictional $100 wager risked. Up to three matchups listed will be worth double, for a fictional $200 wager.
    • A winning pick will credit the profit from the wager to your total based on the odds. (i.e. If you pick Tiger Woods at -150 to finish ahead of Phil Mickelson, $100 risked on Tiger, gives you $67 of winnings).
    • A losing pick will deduct $100 from your total. (i.e. If you pick Phil Mickelson at +120 to finish ahead of Tiger Woods and he does not, then you lose $100).
    • If all golfers in the matchup finish tied in the same final position, the play is a 'no action' for all.
    • Selections must be clear, and will be graded a loss if this is not done.
    • All golfers in each matchup must start the tournament for action. A golfer failing to 'make the cut,' would have their final finishing position used for grading.
    • Tiebreaker for 1st place will be decided by a sudden-death playoff next weekend. All other tiebreakers will have their points split.
    • All decisions by SBR are final.

    Prize Pool:
    1st - 500 points
    2nd - 200 points
    3rd - 100 points
    4th-7th - 50 points
