I agree on the questionable Defense. The NFC South winner will likely only have 9 wins so just looking at the two, Saints and Falcons, I'd give the edge to New Orleans if you figure in the schedule plus them going to more of a running game this season, or at least more catches out of the backfield with Spiller and Ingram with the trades in the offseason. They only need to net one more win most likely to get the Division.

But as we all have learned following the NFL, what looks solid in August in flipped on its head come late November time.

A sprain is a tear. Just matters to what degree. A torn ACL is just a knee sprain.

I agree with 77. There's a reason the Panthers have drafted big receivers the past two years. Cam Newton does't have the accuracy as a Brady or Luck. He needs big receivers with a large catch radius to be successful. When Newton misses it's usually high. Without the tall receivers (6'4" - 6'5") he could be in for a mediocre year.

Also look at the stats from last season, RED ZONE. Kelvin was a key target for those situations. Will definitely spin the numbers the other way on possessions and points with him out of lineup.

Years ago this was just called a knee injury. Now they're specifically about what part of the knee is injured.

Now the Falcons will run the division easily. Possible 14-2 season again.

bullshit you haven't been watching the panthers outside of olsen this was their best target a 6-5 wr that had a hell of a year last year check the back ups Tedd ginn brentin bersin who ever the fukk that is from Wofford its getting thin dog other side isn't much better Corey brown is your number 1 wr now ... don't be surprised if you see a lot more olsen/Dickson on the field together not blocking but running routes... Huge loss.

Well I guess I get to look forward to a high draft pick, probably bury myself in the college season so I can play draft day analyzer for the Panthers

    Hockey will help

Vinnie why is everyone big on Funchess? I have followed camp and I know he wants RoY and everything but the kid didn't play all that hard at Michigan. Watching him I liked him alot, but he should have dominated games imho and he didn't. I dunno either way he is a rookie.

    yep.

Don't forget about Jerrico Cotchery either he caught 10 TD's 2 years ago with the Steelers.

Panthers are pretty deep this year. Most depth they have ever had. Kelvin made some good plays last year but he dropped way too many balls!
