His attorney claims video evidence will clear him of these crimes but you know how that goes. He's out on house arrest but has no where to live. He's currently staying in a hotel but the judge ordered him to find a place to serve his house arrest. His attorney said he's doing that. Meanwhile the other 2 defendants were sent to jail for failing to turn themselves in. Charges are that one man forced intercourse while the other forced oral on the victim. Jones's role in all this is yet to be determined.
