    Source: Scout.com - Phillip B. Wilson
Indianapolis Colts WR T.Y. Hilton (hamstring) left the Week 15 game against the Houston Texans due to a hamstring injury. After the game he had his left hamstring wrapped. 'I'll know more after I go get an MRI and talk with the doctors,' Hilton said Sunday, Dec. 14.

Donte Moncrief and the tight end duo of Dwayne Allen and Coby Flenner could be in for a bigger role next week against Dallas. Reggie Wayne looks unable to shoulder a big part of the passing game, and Hakeem Nicks is a very limited player at this point.

ATL - WR Roddy White tops franchise TD chart
Source: The Atlanta Journal-Constitution - D. Orlando Ledbetter
Atlanta Falcons WR Roddy White posted his 62nd career touchdown in the Week 15 game against the Pittsburgh Steelers, setting the franchise record for most touchdowns.

White isn't a downfield threat since he's been hurt this year, but with Julio Jones out he still had a solid game for the Falcons and his fantasy owners. Next week at New Orleans is another chance for White for put up a decent stat line.

NYG - RB Rashad Jennings aggravates injury
Source: New York Daily News - Ralph Vacchiano
New York Giants RB Rashad Jennings (ankle) left the Week 15 game against the Washington Redskins after aggravating his ankle injury.
    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]
Jennings could be on the shelf for the season because the Giants have no playoff hopes. Next week at St. Louis is a tough defensive draw either way, and Jennings is outside of our circle of trust even if he is active. Andre Williams hasn't been that effective in place of Jennings, so this is likely a situation to stay away from in the championship week.

PIT - WR Antonio Brown sets franchise record
    Source: The Associated Press
Pittsburgh Steelers WR Antonio Brown hauled in 10 receptions for 123 yards in Week 15 against the Atlanta Falcons. He set a franchise record for catches in a season with 115, eclipsing the previous mark set by Hines Ward back in 2002 (112).
    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]
Brown has had 30 straight games with at five catches and 50 yards, an unheard of level of consistency from a fantasy wide receiver. He might be the first wide receiver off of the board in PPR leagues next year.

PIT - Le'Veon Bell holds team record
    Source: The Associated Press
Pittsburgh Steelers RB Le'Veon Bell has 2,043 total yards this season, eclipsing the team record of 2,034 previously held by former RB Barry Foster.
    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]
Bell is playing at a level that Foster, and probably even Franco Harris never reached in a Steelers uniform. He has been neck and neck with Demarco Murray for the most dominant running back this year.

SD - WR Keenan Allen carted off
    Source: SiriusXM Sports Radio
San Diego Chargers WR Keenan Allen (ankle) was carted off the field in the third quarter of the Week 15 game against the Denver Broncos due to an ankle injury.
    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]
Allen and the Chargers pass offense has been quiet for two weeks now, and they face the rejuvenated 49ers defense next week, so they may not be of much help to us from here on out, even if Allen can play next week.

CLE - QB Johnny Manziel does nothing
    Source: The Associated Press
Cleveland Browns QB Johnny Manziel completed 10 of his 18 pass attempts for just 80 yards, no touchdowns and two interceptions in the Week 15 shutout loss against the Cincinnati Bengals. He was also sacked three times and ended up with a passer rating of just 27.3.
    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]
Manziel looked overwhelmed from the get-go, and never made anything remotely like his Texas A&M magic happen against the Bengals. The Browns season is over, so they likely give him another chance to learn on the job at Carolina next week.

CIN - RB Jeremy Hill dominant in run game
    Source: The Associated Press
Cincinnati Bengals RB Jeremy Hill carried 25 times for 148 yards and two touchdowns in the Week 15 game against the Cleveland Browns. He also added a reception for four yards.
    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]
Hill faces a tough Denver run defense next week, but he was faster and stronger than the Browns defense all day today. Bengals offensive coordinator Hue Jackson love the power running game, so Hill will get every chance to get on track next week.

SD - WR Keenan Allen in protective boot
Source: The San Diego Union-Tribune - Michael Gehlken
Updating a previous report, San Diego Chargers WR Keenan Allen (ankle) was in a protective boot after the Week 15 game against the Minnesota Vikings.
    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]
Allen might have trouble getting ready in time for next week's game against San Francisco because it's on a Saturday, The 49ers defense stiffened up today at Seattle, but they could go slack now that they are eliminated from the playoffs.

HOU - QB Ryan Fitzpatrick has broken leg
Source: Houston Chronicle - Brian T. Smith
Houston Texans QB Ryan Fitzpatrick (leg) suffered a broken leg in the team's Week 15 game and will miss the rest of the season.
    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]
Tom Savage or Thad Lewis will start against Baltimore next week, making the Ravens D/ST a terrific Week 16 play.

CAR - QB Cam Newton may play in Week 16
Source: NFL Network - Ian Rapoport
Carolina Panthers QB Cam Newton (back) is considered day-to-day, but the team is optimistic about Newton's availability for Week 16, according to sources.
    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]
Newton has the Browns next week, but if he has a good week of practice, he'll be a good boom/bust QB1.

    Hi Folks,

A little more update on Cowboys RB DeMarco Murray. He suffered a broken bone in his left hand in yesterday’s game and will undergo surgery today.

Clipped from the ProFootballTalk.com article: “(Owner Jerry) Jones didn’t specify the exact injury, but Todd Archer of ESPNDallas.com reports that Murray broke the fourth metacarpal. That’s part of the ring finger and the Cowboys would appear to believe that there could be a way to protect Murray’s finger well enough for him to remain in the lineup.”

A couple of things to think about.

First off, it’s good news that it’s his left hand. As ESPN’s Ed Werder noted, “Fracture @DeMarcoMurray suffered is to left hand. He primarily carries ball in right. But left used for stiff-arming, blocking, receiving.”

Our Dr. Jene Bramel had this, “Expect to hear some optimism, particularly from the Jones family, this week on Murray. I'm likely to remain pessimistic here, however.”

On the positive side, NFL Network’s National Reporter Albert Breer just posted “Cowboys RB DeMarco Murray having surgery for fractured left hand ... I'm told he has a good chance to play this week against Indy.”

So there you have it. Lots of unclarity.

If Murray is unable to go, expect to see Joseph Randle and Lance Dunbar work together. If we had to pick one, I’d lean to Randle. Every league is different of course but emergency RBs that might be available in some leagues would be guys like Toby Gerhart, Matt Asiata and Andre Williams.

We’ll know more here soon. But remember, this is the Cowboys. We won’t know anything that Jerry Jones doesn’t want us to know. And you know by now that you take everything he says with a large grain of salt.

Bottom line is if Murray is your guy, be thinking about the possibility that you might not have him this week and plan accordingly.

Thanks to FootballGuy Sigmund Bloom for the help on this one.
