    How would you rank Simms Compared to John Parker Wilson

    good point... seems like Saban seeks out a QB that has little or no ego.

    Remember all the talk in the summer was that Alabama had this bad ass QB that was transferring from
    FSU who almost beat out Jameis Winston for the starting job...

    then all the sudden Saban surprises everyone with the 1st black QB that Alabama has had in 10 years.

    for a moment there i thought Alabama only recruited white boys with shaggy bowl cut style haircuts...

    John Parker Wilson sure loved to shake his hair out of his face for the camera...


    one thing i think that is different about this years Bama team is the offensive line considerably weaker than normal

    Barker won Nat Champ under Gene Stallings but the point is still the same... BTW - Jay Barker was the least talented QB of those four
