    Bowling Green -6.5 at WKU?

Anybody playing this? Didn't see anything good on the board until this line started dropping. Rough 0-2-1 day yesterday. Would probably have already locked it in if I wasn't that slight bit gun shy. Western has had a run heavy coach in Taggart and then Petrino who threw the ball around a lot more. I think Jeff Brohm will definitely be more like Petrino for obvious reasons. This WKU team only returns 3-4 starters on defense and lose like the top 4-5 tacklers from last year. Bowling Green gets 7 starters on a great offense back, including the star QB, RB, and 3 OL. The biggest losses were the top 2 pass catchers (TE and WR).

I think BG definitely wins, by how much is the question. Kinda like yesterday, alot of people were on Boise but because they underestimated Ole Miss, I feel alot of people are underestimating Bowling Green. they opened at -7 on the road, thats pretty high, but I feel it is for a reason.

I agree, not that thrilled with BG's defense which means a lot in a 6-7 point spread

With your analysis of the game, I would think you would feel safer playing OVER63 than BG minus the points. Thats my play in this game anyway. I think there is a really good chance BG puts up 35 - 42 on their own.

Also, why do you guys like Colorado? They aren't good, I think CSU is a better team, plus have revenge in their mind from last seasons season opener

BG has a heisman favorite QB and there recieving cor is absolutely amazing. There new head coach Dino Babers is essientally a Art Briles protege, he brought Baylors fast paced offense to the school. They are going to be really good if everything clicks. Also you said the defense was a concern. The defense is going to be a rock and has been surprisely good after being ranked in the top 15 last year.

    HOWEVER

There are 2 unanswered questions, first the new head coach said the system will take about 2 years to mold in because it is such a different systems. Second no one knows if BG is prepared enough with the new system.

You have to have a religious attitude to bet on either team.
