    Are casino bonuses +E.V.?

I keep seeing these weekly casino bonuses through Bovada which will double your money with a rollover requirement.....

What's the best way of getting max value out of it? I'm guessing bet hard and if you hit.... Then bet small and roll it off.

Anyone know the math and the best way of going at this?
I know many will openly say it's not profitable, but was wondering what the best strategy is and when it's plus E.V. and when it's not.

    Thanks.

I stopped taking Casino Bonuses because i noticed the same thing happened every time. You win at first until you get to the point where it knows you may complete the rollover. Then you will start losing almost every hand. It is like it knows when it needs to make you start losing so you cannot complete the roll. I say just bet max and get it over with.

    Sounds like a conspiracy dude
I wouldn't mess with a book like that. What book were you using?

I just meant mathematically. I'm guessing long term you're losing playing a game that's negative E.V..
So if you had a $100 maybe just do $100 a hand.
If you keep betting more after you win... It would be harder to win, so I'm guessing just put max first hand and flat bet that all the way through.

I noticed when it's only about 1k left to roll off I'll step it down to like $10 instead of $100 'cuz I don't have much to roll off and don't want to get to swingy when there's not much to roll off.

So bet big at beginning. Hope to score well and then lower bet amounts closer you are to rolloff.....
    Anyone think it's best?

I really want to figure the best strategy.

how does their bonus work? if it's separate from the deposit money like at DSI and 5Dimes then obviously it's +EV since it's a freeroll.

Depends. Usually you have to put your money in and they'll match it, but sometimes you can enter promotions that give out a couple chips if you make bets and stuff.

This is how I ALWAYS meet my rollovers. I don't claim that I win all the time. I think my highest volume day was over 200k playing let it ride. I know it was at least 200k.

To clarify, that is the amount I played in a single day, not win.

It has to be a +EV doesn't it?
