    Live Casino ticket predicament/question

So I have myself an at-odds predicament with a sportsbook right now: I submitted a winning ticket to them from last night, but they had "blocked" the ticket and insisted that the amount of my ticket was actually higher than what I purchased it for. I truly have no idea if this is true or not (it is well within my betting range and I was both drinking + making a lot of bets yesterday, so I can't recall this ticket in particular). I was asked to come back today to talk to the guy who sold me the ticket and to try to look at the camera to hash it out (but there was multiple tickets bought at the time so there is no way to know the exact amount of this one).

Any advice -- What's my line here? Hold firm and chalk it up as a mistake on their part (if it even was)? Work with them in whatever they say? Any help would be appreciated - thanks!

Are we talking 100's of dollars, thousands? I would expect the cameras will tell the full story. What book is it from? If they have camera systems like the Aria (saw a special on TV), then they can see EVERYTHING.

Guess I'm not too surprised BUT I've never heard of this happening before... I'm sure they will get it worked out.
