So this event has next up!!!! Can't wait.. Like not having to wait 2 weeks to see the next UFC event..

Benson Henderson might be too athletic for Masvidal, could mix up his wrestling as well.. Hey but at this +215 value you gotta be a fool not to try a stab at Masvidal in this scrap..

UFC Fight Night 79 - Welterweight 5 rounds - Olympic Gymnastics Arena - Seoul, South Korea
    Sat 11/28 1001 Jorge Masvidal +215 o4½ -160
    9:30AM 1002 Benson Henderson -255 u4½ +140

    Probably right...

1011 Henderson wins by 5 round decision -115

I'm a gambling man looking for value though so I'm thinking Masvidal ITD.. Chances are Jorge Masvidal doesn't win a decision against Bendo but he could land something or be very tricky on the ground and get the finish.. Bendo has been stopped before and Masvidal is very talented and well rounded. His stand up and ground game are both solid...

Trying a 50 spot and hoping I didn't just piss it away with this bet..

$50.00 $235.00 Pending 11/28/15 9:30am MMA Props Fighting 1005 Masvidal wins inside distance +470* vs Not Masvidal inside distance

I like the play. Hendo's chin could be starting to degrade a little and Masvidal should push the pace if strikes attempted mean anything

Does fighting in Seoul Korea make a Korean fighter that much better? Maybe?. I'm fading because the MMA competition most of these Koreans have faced to date doesn't compare to that of their none Asian counter parts they will be facing.... That sticks out the most to me in a nut shell..

Most of these Koreans fighting simply don't have the training camp prep and skilled sparring partners to train with leading up either in comparison.. Koreans and Asians in general typically just don't have the physical gifts in most cases when it comes to upper body strength and or pure wrestling talents..

That's my take anyways and just keeping it real.. Not bashing on the Asians but fade fade fade i will with this card...

I am however liking Stun Gun Kim over Waters.. Also think perhaps Sam Sicillia might have a very hard time beating out Choi the KO specialist..http://www.sherdog.com/fighter/Doo-Ho-Choi-56689

Then again I still like Sam Sicillia just because he's faced the stiffer competition to date.. He's also a very tough guy to knock out..... http://www.sherdog.com/fighter/Sam-Sicilia-53205

Oh and one more thing as to why I like to fade the Asian fighters in the UFC -

As recent history dictates (last 5 years) at the UFC level the Asian fighters typically lose alot more then they win. That's why you never see any UFC champions that are Asian or very many in the top 5 in each weight division for that matter...

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_UFC_champions

These are the facts and they are undisputed...

Hey but there are and have been some very good Korean fighters though, like the Korean Zombie, Stun gun Kim, and Ushin Okami (at one time). I'm sure I'm forgetting a few others also..

What really stinks about this card is the start time.. 2am Pacific time, Main Card starts at 5am Pacific time... OUCH!!!

Can only be viewed on Fight Pass which means I personally can't record it on DVR when I'm asleep..

Must try to stay awake as a die hard MMA fan and gambler with action riding.. Will pull out all the stops to keep the eyes open.....

Some koreans could be locks. Think twice before fading.

Plan on putting Stun Gun in every parlay I can think of. There is NO way he loses this fight. Sure he's aging and his chin may be wearing thin, but Waters has been barely getting by with his wrestling in regional promotions. Stun Gun has some of the best Judoka around in the UFC and is a solid grappler in general. I can't see this going any different than 30-27

Which ones do you think will represent and win Sanity? I really can't see any that stick out myself except for StunGun.. Really liking Dominique Steel though in the prelims on that line as he needs this win after his last embarrassing UFC debut loss..

Steele doesn't look like much on paper but he should bring it in this rebound fight.. Not sure this Korean UFC new comer has enough to beat Steele anyways..http://www.sherdog.com/fighter/Dominique-Steele-47845

I like Casey over Ham as well. Ham really has no business in the UFC at Straw. and I think Casey will have a field day ragdolling her around. Should be a standup fight for a while, depending on what happens. Even if Ham were to somehow land a takedown, Casey has some tricky subs that could finish her. I think Ham knows her best shot is to fight at range, but Casey has a 5 inch reach advantage as well. -170 or so is a little higher than I wanted to pay though

why not Choi? In a matchup of guys with a lot of power, Choi has the much better chin and has a few inches of reach on Sicilia

Choi could very well win this fight.. However, the shorter Sicillia has been fighting solid fighters in the UFC for a while now and is very tough guy to knock out or stop.. He's also been successful fighting taller fighters his entire career.. Choi while impressive with his KO string of wins and overall record just hasn't fought anyone worthy of mentioning yet IMO.. http://www.sherdog.com/fighter/Doo-Ho-Choi-56689

Sam Sicillia is a UFC veteran now and he shouldn't be an easy out.. At those 2-1 odds I'm going to give Sam Sicillia a try anyways..

May give the Masvidal KO prop a try as well at +950 but still undecided...

Benson Henderson has been KO'd recently by Dos Anjos.. Masvidal strength is in his stand up.. 11 KO's but 16 decisions... Masvidal had Al Iaquinta rocked 2 fights ago as well when he got robbed in that decision loss and another KO in his last fight win....

    This is a 5 rounder... Hmmm?http://www.sherdog.com/fighter/Jorge-Masvidal-7688

    1037 Masvidal wins by TKO/KO +950
