No thread about 1xBit yet? So I will start with this one.
My account has been frozen without a reason. Since Saturday I am not able to log-in anymore. Support could not help me, they just advised me to forward my issue to the "Security department". Thus I sent several e-mails since Sunday (one reminder per day) without receiving an answer yet.
Today I sent a "test" e-mail from an other e-mail account to security@1x-bit.com and security-en@1xbet.com just to check out if they really process incoming e-mails one by one because that's what the chat operators told me. Now guess what: I received an answer from both of these addresses shortly afterwards (one and a half hour later from 1xbet; two and a half hour later from 1xbit).
I will report what happens next.
P.S.: Please no comments on how stupid one has to be to make an account at 1xBit regarding all that issues with 1xbet. I am not complaining, just describing my case.
Obviously you bet bad line,so they are screwing you now. I think they will eventually give you your deposit.
They are very big in Russia and hitting euro hard. They have fast withdrawals almost instant on e wallets,have huge live bet options.
They are racing with Marathonbet now...
There are several posts on 1x1 bet, jut search the forum on 1x1bet, looking at the use of the English language most complaints are from players from Eastern Europe.
I did withdraw 500 euro myself this week(first withdrawal) and did not even have to send documents, I did get my money within 2 hours by skrill.
I doubt whether they are racing with marathonbet(both high payout percantages), I could be wrong. Almost every favorit pays 0.02 more at 1x1 bet and every underdog pays a few cents more at marathon(never had a withdrawal problem there either so far, biggest withdrawal 1000 euro).
They either work closely together(create your own competition and this way can easily detect the arbers) or they have a different customerbase with people who bet all dogs vs people who like to bet on favorits.
Talking about soccerodds here. No idea about the other sports.
