    the nba matchups will not be final till after wednesday's games, that is why the draft will be held on thursday.
    the nhl playoffs will start on wednesday, with 3 games only, but it really won't affect the draft- or at least it will be common knowledge to everyone, without any advantage
    to anyone.
    there is no other way around it, because unless nba matchups are locked, we can't start.
