If this is true, it's nothing new; classic stiff tactic to get indignant when called out on actions and run away. Should go without saying, but I haven't talked to mike about you in well over a year; last time was to ask him if he had a way of contacting you regarding your disappearance and your debt.

I'd prefer you repaid what you owed to you running away and (likely) trying to ghost again. If you decide not to repay and to continue stiffing, then yes, we'll all be happy to see you gone, especially if you're the kind of dickhead who would threaten a guy's job simply because he pointed out the truth.
