What he cannot do however, is compel or force you to participate in a contest/challenge under duress or unwillingly.
Any willing participation in, response to, or mention of this poster & his posts only lends credence &/or validation, where there was none before.
Although, there may be ample & legitimate evidence to support multiple claims of slander, liable, defamation of character, internet/wire fraud & minor pedophilia charges, these are not the Claims at issue. All that is at issue here is, where does a poster's rights & obligations end? I would say they are over at the end of each post.

Against my better judgment & the advice of my attorney & multiple pleas filling my PM box, I have decided that I would disappoint far to many members if I didn't take advantage of this opportunity to rid the forum, once & for all of Mr. Patrick L Bateman.

I have terms & conditions of my own that ,if not met will negate any agreement to participate.

1) I want the maximum number of picks increased to 100. With no limit per day. (Choose your minimum)
2) TripleD sets up the SBR contest (not Pinnacle) & holds the points until completion of contest.
3)decrease the entry fee. This isn't about points.
