    same problem here its not on your end its on sbrs end. crazy cause the donation button used to show up for me now it doesnt - i am in the usa - california. i emailed, used live support and its always the same response like you say. thought i had a shot when they sent me the direct link to donate but then there was no way to submit an application, when i tried to get help with that they started back with the clearing cache and all that, very frustrating, oh well nothing more i can do, would have been fun.

    memo to sbr - this looks to be a recurring problem and your "tech" support is of zero help when dealing with it.

    why do i have to pay for becoming pro?
    especially when i can't do anything with my betpoints!
    maybe if you put more other sportbooks that i can redeem my betpoints, i will consider paying for becoming pro!

    Hi Frank since you are in the US your only option for initial pro is thru the $100 charity option.

    Clear you cookies/cache and visit the link below while you are logged in. You should see a charity donation button to click and start the process. IF you do not see it please let me know and I will see what I can do. Thanks and Good Luck
