    I wonder how people really know what the sharps are betting.
    I would imagine this line gets close to even $ by gametime.
    At the very least you gotta go with Cards at home in post-season...even at -160 RL isn't too shabby.

    Just can't bet against Cards at home in post-season...even if the line might be read as "Dodgers are the play", well they might be with a 3-1 lead in the 6th but Cards could come back and win...just not much in the way of angles in post-season that I can see...except for teams that in recent history thrive this time of year...like Cards and Giants...and teams with nothing to lose with little pressure defying odds...KC and really SF too.

    Every book and consensus out there ive seen is 54-58% maybe even higher. Lines were released yesterday, plenty of time for public to move it. -106 to -108 to -111 to -113 to -117. Not a steam move bro.

    Yup pretty much. As much as I love the Dodgers, my hopes arent too high right now. Pretty sure I have a better chance shutting down a team in the 7th, 8th and 9th than the Dodgers pen does.

    Actually, to be fair, the line did move quickly in Dodgers favor. It opened at +105 and immediately was down to +102, kept running and went to Dodgers -113 last night within an hour or so

    Dodgers may have a more talented roster but the sum of the parts for the Cardinals may end up proving to be more just like last season.

    Really though, I have a gut feeling Cards win tonight and then the Dodgers win game 4 with Kershaw and hold serve at home in game 5.

    This series most likely goes the distance.

    Growing up it was either Royals, Rangers, or Cardinals. All are about the same distance from where I live.

    While I like them tonight, I would be pleasantly surprised if they pulled out this series against LA.
