    Royals@Rays

Shields at +money looks like such a sucker bet imo.... Rays are 10-2 last 12 finally playing some good ball and lost the last home series. I think they win this series and win tonight..Shields was dominant in April, hes looked like shit since then lol If you bet the over in Shield starts from May until now you would be 10-2 now add in the fact that TB bats are hot. Rays and over looks pretty damn good if you ask me.Also expect public to be backing shields here this is just a no brainer. 1-1 at worst and should be a sweep.

They are 8-3 this year on road starts of shields, doesn't scare me if Rays were cold it would

so are you taking Royals or Rays?

does Shields get revenge on his old team?

Rays are hot but Ordorizzi is a gas can and walks too many hitters.

Lean is with Royals here. Ordorizzi does walk too many people and he doesn't benefit from a lot of run support. Rays played a late game last night. Royals played an early game. Got into St Petes way before the rays did. Royals at + seems like the better play

Other then that, pretty tough card imo

Well Rays gave Anibal his worst start of the year the other night (7 er 5inn) the bats are hot

Porcello has been amazing and got lit up(7er 5inn 11 hits) by these Rays, and looking at what you said bear I think the over should be an easy play for you

Keep in mind Porcello had a 24 inning scoreless streak going into the tampa game and got rocked!!

Taking Rays and over , might go extra on over or just flat still deciding

Porcello had been amazing, yes, but don't forget he had not only 3 games with 0 ER in a row, don't forget that the last two of them he went the full distance of 9.0 IP back to back. No surprise that it would backfire sooner or later. And don't forget also that Porcello averaged an ERA of 6.00 in his 5 previous starts before he didn't give up one ER in the mentioned 3 games. Porcello pitched above his abilities and the Rays sent him back to earth. Nothing else.

Yeah, but Odorizzi has been very good at home:
    - 2.70 ERA
    - .189 BAA
    - 0.54 HR/9
    Points Awarded:

ithinkiamgood gave posey 2 Betpoint(s) for this post.

Tough call fading hot Rays but hate the spot for Tampa 1st gm back from a long road trip and playing late Sunday gm. Kc not as hot but have not been terrible lately either. Shields usually gets good run support as well and if Kc has a late lead and that b.p. being so good.....

All this discussion should make people just back off this game.
Why are people focusing on this game? It's a coin flip.
Shields sucks lately, so why back that with the fact Rays ate hot.
Rays in a let - down spot, so why back them tonight?

You give a reason why one could possibly back the Royals.
The Royals are +113 at Pinnacle (at least they have been a few mins ago) and if we consider it a coinflip you got some value there.

but Price going deep in the game did give the bullpen a rest so that is a + for the Rays.

This is a coin flip seriously. you can make arguments for both teams and you are always right. Tampa bay hot.. why bet against them? Kasas city better pitcher with good odds, why bet against them? you see, you're always right. in the end you just flip a coin...

Anyone like Angels -1.5? Jays can't score. They went something like 0/20 with RISP against Oakland. Gascan happ going against a team that crushes lefties. Weaver on the mound with an extra days rest.

Weaver on 4 days rest: 3.15 ERA 1.135 WHIP .234/.285/.376
Weaver on 5 days rest: 3.65 ERA 1.199 WHIP .242/.296/.397
Weaver on 6 days rest: 2.52 ERA 1.015 WHIP .208/.265/.320

Hi guys i'm new on the forum,

This game looks like it could go either way but I'm confident, regardless of the result, that The Rays can score 4 runs against Shields.

Bet : Tampa Bay Over 3.5 runs

    Good luck
