    What's the difference between doing that and the guys that put down a ton of money on Mayweather fights (ML). They consider it a quick investment with practically guaranteed interest.

    I'm not advocating in that style of betting and with his play he's getting 2% but in certain situations ...

    I used a similar approach in the group stages of the World Cup with team totals over .5 goals but parlayed them instead with specific games.

    Quite a lot actually. Mayweather is probably -500 to -1000

    This was supposedly -5000.

    Risking 1.6k to win like $30 just isn't smart.
