What's your approach to betting MLB and how has it worked for you?

Do you crunch stats and make picks accordingly or do you have formulas, spreadsheets, etc.?

I play daily fantasy MLB and since I was crunching stats for that to determine players, this year I decided to start betting MLB based on stats and past performances. It's only been 1 month, but I've been doing pretty well so far.

    What's your approach?

Just looking for discussion. Not looking for people to give away their secrets.

I follow trends, stats, teams who thrive after a loss, starting pitchers who ate tough to beat at home or away.
