Should the voters who don't vote for Mo on the 1st ballot be banned from voting?

You know that there will be people who don't vote for Mariano Rivera on the first ballot in 5 years. Should these people have their voting priviledges revoked?

Baseball voting for things like MVP and HoF is the most moronic process in all of sports. I don't care what happened to Babe Ruth or Mickey Mantle... anyone who does not vote Mariano Rivera as a 1st ballot HoFer has no right voting.
