Can someone explain to me the Twins/Royals line??

Why is this Danny Duffy guy favored this much over Deduno?

Wondering the same thing. It's not like Duffy has distinguished himself in his 12 AA/AAA starts this year, racking up 4.14 and 1.37. Hard thrower but making his first MLB start since May 2012 post-Tommy John? I like the Twins here riding Deduno's strong performances of late. And some pretty hot Twins bats lately.

Nothing really much to explain, otherwise you would be over thinking it. Just go with the best pitcher regardless of line.

It's like trying to explain why the line is so low in the Colorado Vs. Mets game.
