Worst: NL West. The dodgers are paper champions and the DBacks are riddled with holes. COL is 1 injury away from contending for the worst record and SF and SD are having lost years.

Best: NL Central with the AL East very very close behind. Even the slumping Cinci team is a post season threat. I'd say they get the edge over the AL East because the top three teams are complete teams. Solid pitching, solid defense and coaching (if theyre winning Dusty can't mess things up amirite?), and balanced lineups. I know people are going to disagree with me here, but I feel the top three teams are some of the most complete teams in the MLB this year, that trumps all IMO.
