    How do you guys feel about these games?

    How do you guys feel about Cardinals vs. Brewers, Washington vs. Marlins, Pirates vs. Cubs, Reds vs. Astros, and Phillies vs. Rockies? Are the favorites all gimmies in these games or no?

    Cardinals, Pirates, Phillies.

    Cards, key players should all be playing. Hit well against Gallardo, need to win to stay ahead of Pittsburgh (who have an easy series)
    Pirates, AJ kills the Cubs. Last outing versus them was a one hit shutout. I hope the cubs clear their bench for this series.
    Phillies, Lee should have another good start.

    Staying away from the Reds / Astros game tonight because of Harrell pitching.

    I'm not a huge believer in the law of averages, but the favorites sure have been cashing a lot in the past week or so. Expect at some point the favor to be returned with the public getting smashed sometime soon (not necessarily today).

    Shogun normally I would completely agree with you. However this is put up or shut up time and the teams with something to play for are fighting for Oct. While the teams who will finish with around 70 wins just wanna be put out of their misery and go home. Most of the games mentioned by o.p. are so lop-sided and I expect the better teams to prevail.

    I am a HUGE Brewers fan, obviously. The Cards own Gallardo. In his 2 starts this season against the Cardinals, Gallardo has given up 14 runs in 5 and 2/3 innings. Kyle Lohse is 2-0, with a 2.25 E.R.A. against the Brewers this season. Stone cold LOCK.
