MLB needs to compute the strike zone

It's maddening. Im watching the Red Sox get screwed by an ump that continues to call outside breaking pitches as strikes. They have the technology to call every pitch exactly as it is why don't they use it? Keep a home plate ump there to keep track of the balls and strikes but not to call the balls and strikes. Let him call plays at the plate but not balls and strikes. we have the technology let's use it.

Froggy I hear that but this game should be done. The umpiring is awful. they need to embrace technology

I agree with Swinging. In watching the Braves game, a ton of balls were called strikes, and vice-versa. The umps must hate this technology. Makes them look visually challenged. Also...thanks, you handicappers, you have given me a lot of help lately. Cashing some tickets lately.

If umps don't call balls and strikes how will they know what side to bet on?
