    perfect throw to tag pence out at home... had to send him though as there was two outs with Pete Orr on deck.. had to take the chance..

    Ruiz getting thrown out at home was stupid on his part though. Wild pitch advances him all the way to third from first. He sees that the catcher wasnt paying attention with home plate open so he tries to make it home.. only problem was that he forgot how slow he was. The third baseman outran him to homeplate and tug him out. If it were rollins or peirre he would have been safe. Ruiz needs to be smarter there knowing there is only one out and knowing how slow he is.
