    Yanks being shut down

    Series looks like it's headed to Detroit tied 1-1 with the Game 1 starters matched up again. Tigers have to like where they stand in a 3 game series with homefield and Verlander going tomorrow night.

    are you insane? on my TV the Yanks won 5-3...

    5 runs is not terrible.. sure, it's not the 8-12 we usually score... but it won the game

    and that's what's important. the 'W'

    yanks up 2-0 going into Detroit.
    if we win tomorrow (likely) then Yanks sweep.
