1 Wagers will be accepted up
to the starting time (post-time) of the sporting event.
2 Wagers will not be
accepted when client's account balance is less than the wager
amount.
3 Winning wagers will
be credited within 24 hour after the conclusion of the event.
4 Management reserves
the right to refuse or limit any wager, or portion of any
wager.
5 For wagering purposes,
the winner of an event or game will be determined on the date
of the event's conclusion according to house wagering rules
and regulations. Football Sports Betting Online does not recognize suspended
games, protests, or overturned decisions for wagering purposes.
6 Overtime periods are
ALWAYS included in ''Game'' and ''2nd half'' wagers on NFL,
College Football, NBA, College Basketball, and Ice Hockey
unless specifically stated otherwise. Extra time does not
count for soccer wagers unless specified otherwise.
7 All football, basketball,
baseball and ice hockey games must be played on date specified.
All other events must be held within one week of scheduled
date to be considered action unless otherwise noted.
8 In the event of an
erroneous line posting due to obvious system or human error,
management reserves the right to limit, refuse, or adjust
any wager, payout or transaction (examples include: when the
wrong team is put up as the favorite or when a Point Spread,
Total, or Money Line is off by a significant amount, etc.).
9 Any and all wager(s) taken
on an incorrect / mistaken line due to human or technical
error(s) shall be declared no action by Football Sports Betting Online.
10 In all proposition
wagers involving a named player, each player must play (take
part in at least one play of the game) in order for the wager
to have action. If the player involved does not play in the
game, all wagers will be void. Any exceptions to this rule
must be specified in the disclaimer and/or proposition title.
11 The Football Sports Betting Online gaming week begins on Monday and ends on Sunday. All
open parlays and teasers must be filled by Sunday 11:59 p.m.
ET or the play will be graded as a loser.
12 All
telephone transactions will be tape-recorded and all Internet
transactions will be saved on a tape back-up system. These
recordings will be used to settle all wagering disputes.
13 All
claims must be made within 3 days from the date of the event.
No claims will be honored after this time period. Claims or
disputes must be settled prior to making any further wagers.
14 Management
reserves the right to suspend or withdraw any game at its'
absolute discretion.
15 After
an official wager has been placed, under no circumstance will
Football Sports Betting Online allow any refunds, changing of wagers,
or switching of teams.
16 In the
event of the cancellation of any event or game for any reason,
Football Sports Betting Online will not be liable.
17 Management
reserves the right to cancel any wager accepted after the
outcome of an event is public knowledge.
18 Football Sports Betting Online reserves the right to add, delete, or change
house wagering rules and payoff odds as deemed necessary subject
to sufficient notification to the player.
19 Management
is not responsible for any score information provided to client
upon request.
20 Vegas
rules apply in all situations that are not otherwise specifically
addressed.
21 You acknowledge that full
freedom from errors and incompleteness is impossible to achieve
with respect to computer software. If you become aware that
the Software contains any error, or is incomplete, you shall
promptly notify Football Sports Betting Online by e-mail at support@footballsportsbettingonline.com
upon becoming aware of such error or incompleteness. You undertake
to refrain from taking any advantage whatsoever of that error
or Incompleteness and we reserve the right to recover any
such advantage that you do gain from such error or incompleteness,
as well as all associated costs, damages and expenses in making
such recovery.
22 We reserve the right to access
and disclose individually identifiable information to verify
the authenticity of the information supplied by you.
23 Football Sports Betting Online reserves
the right to cancel players account for any reason and issue
any balance in players account at the time of such cancellation.
The Terms and Conditions contained herein represent the complete,
final and exclusive agreement between the player and Football Sports Betting Online.
*** Occasionally some bets entered on the Internet
do not reach us due to the fact that transmitting of data
over the Internet is beyond our control. For your own benefit
always check your pending wagers to ensure your bet was submitted.
If your wager is not there, press the refresh button at the
top of your page, if the bet is still not in your pending
wagers then there is no bet and your balance was not affected.
Any bet not in your pending wager screen or your history will
not be honored. If you get an error when posting, please do
not place the wager again without checking your pending wagers
first, this is because the bet may have gone through and this
