Test Email Submission
Hi,
I'm thinking of making an account this football season, but I have a few questions first.
1. What's the most you can win in a parlay? Most # of teams allowed? Can you buy points in a parlay?
2. What does a 4-team, 6 point teaser pay out?
3. What's your best signup bonus?
4. Do you offer live betting on every single NFL game?
5. Can I wager with my mobile phone?
Thanks for your time,
Miguel Jennings

Comments: When Miguel saw a Legends email in his inbox less than 20 minutes after writing them, he figured it was an automated response. Miguel was pleasantly surprised that such a concise, personalized response was given to him in such short order. The Legends representative answered each and every one of his questions, and even concluded by offering him a free parlay if he decided to open his account today. Needless to say, Miguel was one happy camper after that email exchange.

Comments: Miguel was delighted to see that Pinnacle Sports returned his email within four minutes, however his excitement was dialed down when Pinnacle Sports asked him to confirm his country of residency prior to having any of his questions answered. Miguel just assumed Pinnacle would trust that he knew of their non-US policy. Setting that aside, after Miguel clarified that he resided in Costa Rica, Pinnacle answered all of his questions in an efficient manner.

Comments: Bodog took 48 minutes to reply to Miguel, so he was certainly expecting to be blown away by the quality of the response. Bodog was certainly satisfactory, though Miguel questioned the accuracy of what he was told with respect to there being no maximum payout for any parlay win. Miguel thought the response could have been more expedient, but he's willing to consider Bodog this football year.

Quality of Response: Fair
Comments: SportsInteraction greeted Miguel by presuming that he was a United States resident, even going so far as to say that if that were the case replying would be "pointless". Miguel immediately docked points off SIA's scorecard but was glad to see that the representative went on to answer his questions anyway. The reply seemed to be copy/pasted from other areas of the site, but it did answer Miguel's questions. Miguel hopes that in the future his inquiries would be answered with a warmer introduction.

Comments: 5Dimes took 1 hour and 13 minutes to respond to Miguel's email, and he wasn't thrilled with that. All of his questions were answered, but he felt as if he were reading the website and not a custom written email. Miguel was happy to get to the end of the email, and thinks he'll stick with live chat for more immediate responses.

Comments: Miguel was wishing he opted for Matchbook's live chat feature after waiting for 1 hour, 21 minutes for a reply. During the time which he waited for a response, he took a more thorough look through Matchbook's site and realized that its business model was that of a betting exchange. Nevertheless, Miguel was curious to see if Matchbook would breakdown how their company differs from a traditional bookmaker. Matchbook failed in that regard. Miguel would've preferred copy/pasted answers to the service he received. He won't be depositing to Matchbook anytime soon, but he understands how someone interested in a betting exchange might.
