This was a disaster as soon as I signed up. They had a 20% sign up bonus listed all over the front of the web site. I signed up by credit card and was informed afterwards that there is no sign up bonus for credit cards. I then began to use the site, which was difficult to navigate. I used the site for about a week and came up about 500 bucks. I then proceeded to make a withdrawal by Western Union, or what they call Person to Person. I submitted my withdrawal request and then chatted live with a representative who confirmed that they had received my request. Two days later I noticed the money was still in my account. I then chatted again live with a rep. and he stated that since I made my deposit by credit card, I must fill out forms and fax them in before I can put in a withdrawal. This was never stated neither during the sign up process or during the withdrawal process. The money I had deposit was already taken off of my card, but they insist that they are worried about my security. Seems funny how my security only comes into play when I want to receive my winnings, and not when they take my deposits. This site is horrible and I recommend anyone and everyone stay away from it. If you are already a member then it is never to late to take your services elsewhere. I am disgusted by this site.

As a general rule, players who deposit by credit card should be prepared to fax in copies of their dl and front and back of their credit cards prior to requesting a withdrawal
