Comments: Unbeleivable customer service and incredibly fast payout. I collect via Western Union and my payouts are always available when they say it will be. Withdrew $8000.00 2 months ago and not one hassle. What I really like is when I call them with W.U control number for deposit, they will take a "hand written" wager, even though they have not collected funds yet. Last week I sent deposit to them via W.U and the store clerk sent to wrong country. Cybersportsbook could not collect and I knew nothing about it. Why? Because they never locked my account AND let me wager with those funds for an entire day. When I called the following day to place wager by phone, they told me of the situation, and I corrected. With my experiences with other sites, this would have been disaster as I was up to $3800.00 from the $700.00 deposit. The customer service reps are awesome. They are always polite and try their best to get in a wager for me when I am a little late on calling. The format of the site is great, too. You create a ticket of your picks to the side of the page, and place wagers from there. Wagers are graded almost instantly! You probably have to experience to understand. The ONLY thing I dont like is no parlays on first half lines, something I am a sucker for. Bonuses? I do not have an opinion because I do not receive, by choice of course. They are confusing to me and I like to just deposit, and collect when I win. I can deopsit one day, and collect the next. I graded a B because they cover my W.U fees of $300.00 or more, but wish it was less. Sometimes I send less than that. Would highly recommend this book to anyone. I have been there for about a year, and would not even think about going anywhere else.

Comments: Worst experience I have ever had with a book. Like to use live chat to resolve questions. Had a problem with the casino. Spoke to their agent Al Brazier. I asked how often the casino is tested for fairness. He would answer no questions regarding this. I asked for the name of a supervisor. He would give no names. He claims this is a policy. Days later, I was promised reimbursement for a Western Union deposit. Only half of the fee was covered. I had a written commitment from the agent promising to cover the fee. Regardless, Al Brazier again refused to cover the full fee. I sent almost $5K to them in my first 10 days as a customer. The fee issue was over $17. They keep you on chat forever because they are also answering phones. The most unfair casino I have ever experienced. The sportsbook is very slow and difficult to maneuver. If you have an issue with customer service, forget being handled in a timely and friendly manner.

Comments: The customer service at this book is very good. The ladies their really try to help with deposits and withdrawals. I collect winnings the next day via western union. If its over 10,000.00 they send me a cashier's check overnight. They let their good customers do hand wagers if they miss the game by 5 or ten minutes. The experience at this site is very good!!!!!!!!

Comments: On 09/04/04 I made an e-check deposit to Cybersportsbook.com for $750 whereas on the 09/08/04 the funds were sent back due to a banking error on my part. At the time of this payment the following was never stated at the bottom of the e-check payment site that “CPC has the discretion to void any deposits sent back as NSF”. On 09/09/04 after I had realized my error in banking I preceded to contact Cybersportsbook.com customer support and explain my transaction error and see if I could deposit the funds directly using my credit card. The customer service representative could not allow payment to be processed because account manager (Sheldon) was not present to authorize such a transaction. On 09/12/04 I finally got in contact with Accounting Manager (Sheldon) and submitted my case to him. I explained that due to a check that was written out the week before it caused my account to comeback NSF and that I would gladly pay any NSF fee’s if I could just be allowed to make the deposit into the account. After putting me on hold for a very long while he came back and said to me that because the money was put into the account without clearing the bank he would have to respond back to me either later that day or the next day through e-mail. No email ever came. Instead my account was disabled and all wagered money was returned back to the casino on 09/13/04. After making phone calls and leaving messages for Mr. Sheldon I still got no response. That same day I went back onto the website under the e-check payment and saw the newly labeled “At CPC‘s discretion any deposits sent back as NSF will be void. Upon reading this I immediately contacted Sheldon to explain that He had changed the company policy because of my current situation. When asked about why he had never emailed me or contacted me he preceded to say that our policy is void any transactions marked a NSF void. My reply was only this and has only been this, “If your policy has never changed and this is only my opinon? Why have you allowed my to continue gaming. WHY wasn’t my account diasabled the very day that check came back NSF. WHY have I not had one phone call, email, or fax sent to me regarding this account?” No answers ever came. I told Mr. Sheldon that I can prove to him that the e-check payment at the time I made the payment never said anything about voiding NSF checks. He proceeded to say that it was all my opinion and if I could prove it we could discuss it further. Bullshit!!!

Players need to realize that account confiscation of winnings is an industry standard that is approved by SBR in instances where deposits are returned for “Insufficient Funds”.

Comments: They claim to give you 20% sign up fee but really don't. Instead you have to bet $50 to get $1 of your bonus back. Payouts are slow and they claim to give you one free payout VIA Fed Ex but really charge $45. Bad bonus services and would be careful. They do pay out but it can be lengthy wait times.
