05.15.2012 (06:24 PM CST)Cashpoint (SBR rating C-) has addressed the account dispute reported by SBR on May 13th. A player wrote SBR stating that his €877 balance was zeroed. He claimed to have played with Cashpoint off and on for a few years with no issues. He told SBR that after reading about a payment complaint reported a week prior, he decided to ask for his funds and noticed he had no money in his account.

05.13.2012 (01:48 PM CST)On May 8th, 2012, SBR reported that a Cashpoint (SBR rating C-) player submitted a payment complaint. The player claimed a €291 Moneybookers payout requested five days earlier had not been paid, and that the time-frame for payment was one business day. Cashpoint responded to SBR's inquiry stating the player has been paid. A new Cashpoint dispute has been filed by a player who claims his balance has been zeroed.

A Cashpoint (SBR rating C-) player submits a payment complaint. The player states that a €296 withdrawal was requested on May 3rd via Moneybookers. The player believed that the payment would be paid in one business day. The player states that Cashpoint has not responded to his payout inquiries or provided any insight on when he can expect to be paid. SBR is following up on this payment complaint, and asks any Cashpoint users with feedback to write to help@sportsbookreview.com.

A Cashpoint (SBR rating C-) submits a sportsbook dispute. The player opened an account in January of 2012, depositing $1,000. The player states that his first withdrawal went through smoothly, but after requesting a second payment he noticed he could no longer log-in. The player states that he receives a message saying his account does not exist. The player claims to have approximately $560 left in his account. SBR is following up with the sportsbook.

Cashpoint (SBR rating C-) dispute. A Cashpoint Sportsbook player states that his account has been terminated. The player registered with Cashpoint, depositing €100 and placed nine bets before having his account closed. The sportsbook stated only that it would no longer accept bets from the player. The player's concern is that the sportsbook is only willing to pay him via bank wire, whilst he deposited by eWallet. SBR is investigating. | Cashpoint complaints

A Cashpoint (SBR rating C-) player states that his account has been closed. The player deposited €100 on 12/18 and began playing. Within 3 days he tells SBR that his limits were slashed to €1. On 12/29, he states that his account has been closed without his deposit being returned. SBR is discussing this dispute with Cashpoint.

On December 18th, a Cashpoint (SBR rating C-) player deposited €100 by Moneybookers. Three days later, the player found that he was unable to place any wager, even for €1. When the player requested his money thinking that Cashpoint chose not to accept his business, he was informed that his deposited amount must be rolled over at least once prior to a withdrawal. SBR is discussing this dispute with Cashpoint. On 12/10, SBR reported that Cashpoint voided a player's balance.

On November 11th, a Cashpoint (SBR rating C-) player deposited €100 and received a €100 bonus with an 8X rollover. On December 4th, the player had met €795 and found his account frozen. Cashpoint locked his account and voided the bonus. SBR is discussing this dispute with Cashpoint.

A Cashpoint (SBR rating C-) player submits a wagering dispute. The player has a €90 balance at Cashpoint with an unspecified amount of bonus rollover to complete. The player stated that as of September 1st any bets he attempted to place were rejected, even bets for as low as €1. SBR contacted Cashpoint to ask if his account had been restricted; Cashpoint attributed the player being locked out to technical problems and stated that he was free to continue wagering with house limits.
After Cashpoint refuted the player's claims, SBR asked him to provide screenshots of his bets being rejected. The player obliged. SBR is continuing to discuss the situation with Cashpoint.

A player has filed a complaint against Cashpoint (SBR rating C-). The player states that four bets placed on Thursday January 7th have not been graded. Cashpoint has not replied to his email inquiries. SBR will contact Cashpoint.
