His deposit method was Moneybookers, where he claims to be a VIP customer. The player allegedly redeposited €3,000, this time increasing his balance to €9,000 through roulette.

07.12.2012 (07:39 PM CST)A Betsafe (SBR rating C+) player submits an account complaint. The player deposited €50 for a 50% bonus. The promotion required €300 to be wagered before a withdrawal was possible. The player states that after his first wager, his limits were immediately slashed to 1% of regular bet limits, essentially lowering him to less than $3 per wager.

A Betsafe (SBR rating C+) player submits a sportsbook complaint. The player has a balance of €1,800 which has sat in his account for approximately 35 days pending an investigation. The player has obliged all Betsafe requests and is beginning to fear that the Malta based sportsbook has no intention of paying his account; or at the very least, is providing terrible customer service.

Betsson (SBR rating C+) has agreed to acquire the Nordic Gaming Group. The Swedish operator's acquisition of the Maltese company includes brands NordicBet, TrioBet and ToBet. The move bolsters Betsson's market share in what are seen as emerging territories. On June 16th, 2011, SBR reported that Betsson acquired BetSafe Sportsbook for €32.5m.
In the deal, Betsson is to pay an initial price of €65m, which includes approximately €5m in company shares. In 2011, the Nordic Gaming Group had revenue of €50m.
Whilst the company appears to be strengthening, Betsson did make SBR headlines last month for its confiscation of €360 in an unusual dispute that involved a female gambler. SBR analyst Justin broke down the case in an iGaming video report.

Swedish bookmaker Betsson (SBR rating B-) has officially acquired Betsafe. Betsafe—a Malta-based operator—held a rating of C in the SBR sportsbook ratings guide. Betsson reportedly spent €32.5m in acquiring all shares of Betsafe (corporate name Artic Invest SA). As part of the deal Betsafe will also receive future payments during 2011, which amount to a revenue share relative to the development and growth of the Betsafe base. | Betsson and Betsafe history

Betsafe (SBR rating C) addresses wager dispute. On 10/19, SBR reported that a wager on Manresa at 1.6 was voided two hours into the game and later reinstated as a loss. Betsafe stated to SBR that when the basketball match went into overtime, it was improperly graded as a "push", which appeared to the player as a voided wager. At the conclusion of overtime, Betsafe corrected its mistake and settled the market normally. SBR has concluded that Betsafe acted fairly.

A player complains that
Betsafe (SBR rating C) voided his wager, then reinstated it after it lost. On October 17th, the
player wagered 3600 SEK on Manresa at 1.6 odds. About two hours
into the game, the wager was voided. Five hours later his wager was
reinstated, and his account debited for the loss. SBR is discussing this
dispute with Betsafe.

Betsafe (SBR rating C) has canceled a winning wager on the over 148.5 points in womens Euroleague basketball match. The player bet €50 to win €42.50. Betsafe's reason for the cancelation was the the wrong team was listed as being the home team. The winning bet was canceled after the games completion. BetSafe provided the player the following rule:
