"I saw the report posted on your website regarding the payout delays with BetPlatinum. Actually, I am having the same problem. They kept telling me the money is going to be in my Neteller account next day. It has been almost one week (I started to request the payout since last Friday 2/17) and I still have not received the remaining $500."
