Comments: To whom it may concern, Let me tell you about my very negative experience with betonusa. I made a request for a withdrawl from my betonusa account for $497.57 (after the $5 fee) on 10/2/05. After numerous calls and e-mails I finally received my check on 10/17/05. I made the deposit into my bank account on 10/18/05. On 10/25/05 I received a notice/letter from my bank saying that the deposit was returned for non sufficient funds and I was charged a fee from my bank. I called betonusa that night and spoke with a customer service representative. I asked what happened? First they told me it was due to the hurricane, then I was told they recently switched banks and they closed that account. Basically they could not give me a definitive answer as to what happened for sure. I don't know how this could have been caused by the hurricane. The date on the nsf was 10/21/05 and the hurricane hit FL after that on 10/24/05. Also the address on the check was in PA, not in FL. I was told to call back on Friday to speak to the cashier, because the cashier was the only one that could help me. I called back on Friday. Again I spoke with a customer service representative who said the cashier department was closed for the day and I needed to call back on Monday. Today I called for the third time and spoke to a manager. The manager told me that the check was being sent out today regular mail. I asked about fed-x, the manager said it was to late for that. He told me that this happened to hundreds of customers and he made me feel like I was the only one calling in and inquiring about this. I asked what they were going to do to compensate me for the incovenience they caused me. The manager tried to get me to deposit more money into my account. He said that I could get a 10% bonus. I told him why would I put more money into my accout if they can't pay me what they owed me in the first place. Basically the manager refused to make any customer service adjustments and tried to make me feel bad for calling and explaining my situation to him, also he said that he had another customer waiting for him and he could not talk to me any longer. I will never do business with this company again. And I feel bad for the hundreds of other customers that this has happened to also. I guess I will have to wait another two weeks to get the check, and hopefully it will not bounce again. To anyone reading this please think twice before doing business with betonusa. Comments: Although you guys gave Bet On USA a D- rating, I'm not quite sure why. Keep in mind I deposited before I read the rating on SBR. I deposited $1000 on a Monday, turned that into $4200 by Thursday, and had a check in my hands by Tuesday afternoon, which I was shockingly able to cash at Wachovia with no hassle. There customer service people are very nice. Although I will never deposit there again because I don't feel safe after reading the SBR rating of D-, I think they are trying to improve their image.

Comments: Have been using this site for over a year and using FIREPAY, ALWAYS receive my requests for payouts within the 48 hours promised. Seems as if all other complaints must be aimed at the fact the players lose not the site.

Comments: I turned 50 dollars into 1005. They said I didn't follow the exact guidelines. Spoke with several people in Live Help and no one told me I wasn't following the exact guidelines. Please put these people out of business.....Greg

Comments: This site is listed on your "run" page. I was disappointed to see this because I have had no problems with payouts or customer service. I will keep in mind that there have been problems in the past, but I have been using it for over a year without any problems at all.

Comments: I hate this site. I requested a payout of 600 dollars and they wanted me to fax them my credit card and license. I did that, and then they wanted another fax, saying it wasn't clear. I did that again and I called to check and the guy said it was good. I waited and waited and then got an email saying I needed to refax them. They just give you the runaround and finally I ended up losing everything I had. I had to unrequest the payout, and then just didn't want to deal with them again. I would not recommend them at all

Comments: Live wagering is a huge scam. They shut you down if you make any money. There is a glitch in their system and they don't accept losing!

Comments: Lets see... Day 10 and still not a Fed Ex payout, yet each day I get told that payment will be going out tomorrow. Different story, different day. Yesterday I was promised it would go out today and I would get a Fed Ex checque sent today!! We will see. I have sent ten emails, 2 customer support calls and still no PAYMENT!! In 25 years of Gambling I have never seen or had such terrible service. DO NOT USE THIS SPORTSBOOK PERIOD!

Comments: BETonUSA did a good job on giving me the shaft! Boy do I feel stupid. Looks like a mistake on my part is allowing BetonUSA to take advantage of me and using funny math to get it done. Shame on me for not realizing that a promotion had funny restrictions on it.........shame on them for allowing me to deposit money in my account on top of it and then peeling most of the winnings away when the error comes to light. Based on all the issues so far, I stupidly thought they gave me a $50 sign up bonus (thats what the literature said) and I deposited an extra $50 on top of it. I have been doing well on NFL straight wagers and decided to withdraw $50. Long story short, most of the winnings were stripped away. I want to thank them for the lesson though. The real sad part is, for 4 years I have had great experiences with another .com but for some reason I let BetonUSA suck me in. To all others.....understand the promos and stay away from BetonUSA. Wish I had seen your black list prior to this.
