Comments: I have been using BOS for about 4 years now and I have never encountered any of the problems listed in this review. Customer service while never great has improved, but what do I care I only use it when i call for payouts and they are much better now about that. Payouts clear to Firepay within about 72 hours, and I have never ever had them try to withhold money or pay a percentage of what i requested, I usually clear about 5K at a time a couple times a year. Perhaps I'm not a big time player like 6 figures, but I have never had any issues with BOS.

Comments: They don't give out bonus like they promised. They can not be trusted.

Comments: This is a great sports book. Great customer service and they have a very easy website to use. I especially like getting my money the next day. I highly reccomend it.
