A BetOnline247 (SBR rating F) player tells SBR that he has been waiting for an €800 for four months. BetOnline247 players have reported not being paid more than €50,000. SBR has more than fifty complaints on file from users that were not paid. The sportsbook was included in the April 16th, 2011 report "Online scams, five sportsbooks to avoid".
Operating out of San Pedro, Costa Rica, BetOnline247 claims to be regulated by government of Costa Rica. The claim is not accurate; sportsbooks in Costa Rica are not given gaming licenses nor are their sportsbooks regulated by government officials. BetOnline247 targets European customers. The sportsbook was added to the scam sportsbook blacklist by Sportsbook Review.com on May 14th, 2011.

A BetOnline247 (SBR rating D-) player reports slow-pay. The player asked for three withdrawals of €100 on 9/12, 10/12, and 11/12. No funds have been paid by BetOnline247. The player states that his identification documents have already been approved. BetOnline247 tells players to expect their funds in 2-30 business days. The last reported payment from a BetOnline247 player was documented on SBR on December 11th. There are twelve BetOnline247 slow-pay complaints on file, with players owed a total €8,012.58.

That player confirmed receiving payment today. In total, 11 BetOnline247 payment issues remain outstanding, with those players owed $7712.58.

A BetOnline247 (SBR rating D-) player reports a slow-pay. On October 8th, the player asked for a withdrawal of €100 by Moneybookers. BetOnline247 told him that the payout would take from 2-30 days to be completed. SBR is following up on the complaint.

He was paid on November 15th, two weeks past BetOnline247's payment window of 2-30 days. BetOnline247 players in need of assistance are asked to submit a sportsbook complaint form.

The payment method the player chose was Moneybookers. This is the second outstanding BetOnline247 sportsbook complaint. On September 22nd, SBR reported that a player who requested €472.80 on August 26th had not been paid.

A BetOnline247 (SBR rating D-) player submits a sportsbook complaint. In the summer of 2010 he deposited €20 via Moneybookers in exchange for a €20 registration bonus. After meeting the required 10X rollover he asked for a payout of €472.80 on August 26th. BetOnline247 has not credited the player's Moneybookers account. SBR is following up on the payment complaint.

The BetOnline247 (SBR rating D-) player who was the subject of SBR's September 13th sportsbook report has confirmed payment. One day after the SBR report was posted the player states that he received his €292.50 withdrawal via Moneybookers.

BetOnline247 has not yet commented on the player's payout status. Players in need of assistance or with BetOnline247 feedback are encouraged to submit sportsbook complaints.

BetOnline247 (SBR rating D-) has denied the payout request of a player that cashed in $239 after accepting a free bet promotion from the sportsbook in 2008. BetOnline247 accumulated a number of complaints from players that had their deposits refunded and winnings left in their account. On March 6th, BetOnline247 claimed that there was a pending ownership change and afterward all complaints would be settled. As of June 23rd, BetOnline247 stated that three players who submitted sportsbook complaints received payment - one player confirming receiving only a partial payout toward his balance owed.
BetOnline247 has claimed that the $20 free bet promotion the player accepted carried a $60 funding requirement before winnings could be withdrawn. However, after their website and ownership changes BetOnline247 is unable to point to any archived promotional rules or offer made to the player in this dispute. SBR has suggested that if BetOnline247 cannot produce any evidence supporting its position, that the player be paid his $239 balance. SBR will update this report pending BetOnline247's decision.

BetOnline247 (SBR rating D-) management has claimed that two players who wrote in that their deposits were returned and balances left in their accounts have been paid. On June 9th BetOnline247 first contacted SBR stating that its website was back on-line and that the sportsbook intended to clear all player debt. SBR is contacting both players to verify BetOnline247's claims.

BetOnline247 (SBR rating D-) has made a partial payment of $200 to a player that had his deposit returned after requesting a withdrawal. The player initially requested $1492 from BetOnline247 on December 7th. His deposit of $225 was returned on January 14th. On June 9th, BetOnline247 management contacted SBR claiming that the site was once again operational after a period of downtime and that the sportsbook intended to settle all balances owed. SBR will update this report as more payments are made. Players that have not contacted SBR are asked to fill out sportsbook complaint forms.

BetOnline247 (SBR rating D-) is back on-line. A BetOnline247 manager e-mailed SBR and claimed that the site is once again operational and that all withdrawals owed would be honored. BetOnline247 refunded several player deposits and kept winnings in their accounts. All players in need of assistance with BetOnline247 should fill out a sportsbook complaint form. SBR advises players to avoid BetOnline247 until it shows that it can pay its player debt.

On December 5th a player requested a withdrawal of $508 and was instead credited back only $101 (the amount of his deposit). Following this time BetOnline247 has ignored all of the player's inquiries. This is the third instance of BetOnline247 sportsbook refunding the deposits of winning players and failing to payout their funds. BetOnline247 is operated on the Golden Star Gaming platform. SBR is following up with the software provider to confirm their business relationship with BetOnline247. BetOnline247 has ignored all SBR inquiries, and does not list a public phone number.

The player has stated that multiple e-mails sent to BetOnline247 management have went unanswered. SBR has received two previous payment complaints against BetOnline247 - two players reported having their deposits refunded after making payment requests. BetOnline247 is considered a high-risk sportsbook and should be avoided by players.

On December 7th the player initiated a withdrawal request. BetOnline247 then refunded his deposit. This is the second reported instance of BetOnline247 refunding a deposit after a payment request. On March 6th, BetOnline247 claimed that an ownership change was pending and that winnings could not yet be paid. BetOnline247 has ignored all SBR inquiries.
