Update: Following SBR's latest inquiry, BetHorizon management states that the player will be paid out the remainder of his balance via bank wire.
BetHorizon (SBR rating C+) slow-pay update. On December 30th, SBR reported that a BetHorizon player requested a $5,000 withdrawal in late November of 2010. On January 3rd, SBR confirmed that the player received a $2,000 payment from BetHorizon. The remaining $3,000 has yet to been paid.
The player claims that BetHorizon promised to send additional payouts via money order, but has not yet done so. SBR is following up on this complaint. BetHorizon has been lowered from B- to C+.

BetHorizon (SBR rating B-) tells SBR that they have decided to reinstate the player's account from the sportsbook dispute reported on March 21st. SBR reported that a BetHorizon player had his balance of $2,015 voided after he failed to submit his credit card paperwork within 48 hours of his deposit. A BetHorizon (SBR rating B-) player tells SBR that his account was voided after he did not submit his credit card paperwork within 48 hours of depositing. On Monday, March 14th the player signed up with BetHorizon and made a $350 deposit by credit card. The player increased his balance to $2,015.
BetHorizon disabled the player's account stating that he was late in providing his credit card information and that his account would remain closed. The player's documents were provided to BetHorizon on Thursday, March 17th. SBR is investigating. | Full BetHorizon complaint

BetHorizon (SBR rating B-) update. On 12/30, SBR reported that a player requested a $5,000 payout one month ago and had yet to receive payment. On 1/1, the BetHorizon player confirmed receiving $2,000 toward his balance. SBR will update this report once the player is paid in full.

A BetHorizon (SBR rating B-) player writes to SBR stating that he has been having difficulty withdrawing $5,000. The player states that he originally asked for his funds one month ago. He claims BetHorizon was unable to pay him back via his deposit method, Moneybookers, and also was unable to send a bank wire. The player states he was told he would be sent money orders via mail, but to date has yet to receive them. SBR is following up on this complaint.

A BetHorizon (SBR rating B-) player reports a slow-pay. On September 7th, the player requested a $2,916 withdrawal to his Moneybookers account. To date, he says he has not been paid or given an update by BetHorizon. SBR is confirming the dispute with BetHorizon. BetHorizon players with payout feedback are asked to write to SBR.

A BetHorizon (SBR rating B-) player has confirmed receiving a partial payment. He requested £1000 on May 3rd via Moneybookers, and received a payment of £350 today. On July 9th, BetHorizon management stated that in approximately 10 business days all Moneybookers accounts would be caught up. BetHorizon attributed the delays to banking restrictions via that method. Two other players have yet to confirm receiving payment toward their May 14th & 15th withdrawal requests. SBR will update this report.

A BetHorizon (SBR rating B-) player from SBR's July 18th report has confirmed receiving €647 toward his €3000 payout request. He asked for payment originally on May 14th via Moneybookers.
BetHorizon management has attributed payment issues to banking restrictions and delays caused by an "overload" in payment requests via that method. Two other players reported requesting €1391 and €1000 respectively on May 3rd and May 15th also via Moneybookers, and have yet to confirm receiving any payment. SBR asks players with payment issues at BetHorizon to submit a sportsbook complaint form.

A BetHorizon (SBR rating B-) player has claimed that his account was hacked. A player contacted SBR stating that $9,000 was missing from his account and had been spent on sportsbook wagers and in the casino. The player denies placing the wagers and has asked BetHorizon to provide the IP addresses connected to the activity. BetHorizon has stated to SBR that the player's password was entered once, and that there were no signs of technical penetration to the account. BetHorizon has stated that it would provide the list of IP's associated with the account to SBR for review. The account in question never accessed the casino prior to that night.
Editor's note — BetHorizon was able to show that the the player's account had casino activity on four prior occasions.

On July 9th, SBR reported that BetHorizon (SBR rating B-) stated that all Moneybookers payouts would be caught up within 10 business days. Since this time, an additional player has come forward to inquire on Moneybookers payouts as he has attempted to request his balance of $10,825. The following players have reported Moneybookers slow-pay:

BetHorizon (SBR rating B-) has stated that all Moneybookers payout requests would be cleared in the next 10 business days. Three players have written into SBR detailing instances of Moneybookers slow-pay. BetHorizon cited banking issues and an overload of Moneybookers requests as contributing to the delays. BetHorizon has also informed SBR that they will no longer be offering bonuses to those that deposit via Moneybookers.

A BetHorizon (SBR rating B-) payout complaint has been reported. On May 14th a player requested £3000 via Moneybookers. After realizing his withdrawal was being delayed, the player communicated with BetHorizon and was allegedly told he would receive at least half of his withdrawal by June 6th. As of July 8th, the player states he has received no payment toward his balance. SBR will update this report.

BetHorizon (SBR rating B-) has updated SBR on the June 25th horse racing complaint. BetHorizon initially underpaid a winning horse bet by $4,000 and a wagering supervisor told the player his maximum payout for the bet type was $10,000, despite this not being expressly written on the website. SBR contacted senior management who then reviewed the case and stated that the player was right, and adjusted his payout.

A BetHorizon (SBR rating B-) horse racing dispute has been reported. On June 5th, a player wagered $1000 on Drosselmeyer at Belmont. His winning horse wager paid track odds of 13-1. BetHorizon paid the player only $9000 in winnings plus his $1000 stake. SBR is investigating the complaint.

A third BetHorizon (SBR rating B-) slow-pay complaint has been received. On May 6th a player requested £5000 to his Moneybookers account. He was informed that Moneybookers was backed up and that he would be put in the queue. As of June 8th, his payout has still not been credited - and BetHorizon has provided no further update on his withdrawal status. SBR will update this report.

A BetHorizon (SBR rating B-) slow-pay has been reported. This is the second BetHorizon slow-pay complaint in as many days. A player requested a payout for 1427 GBP on May 12th to Moneybookers and was informed his payout would be delayed up to 15 days. As of June 3rd, BetHorizon has still yet to pay his funds.

A BetHorizon (SBR rating B-) player has submitted a $3000 slow-pay complaint. On May 10th the player attempted the withdrawal via Moneybookers, but was allegedly informed by a BetHorizon manager that Moneybookers would take time. The player details being told by BetHorizon CS that a wire was being sent to Moneybookers to replenish their account. As of June 2nd, the player has still not received payment. SBR is investigating.

BetAtlas (SBR rating B-) players have been moved to sister sportsbook BetHorizon (SBR rating B-), under the HorizonSports S.A. platform, which uses BLR Technologies software. The former BetAtlas site now redirects to agent/PPH website Wagergolf.com. Any players with balance discrepancies after logging into BetHorizon are asked to fill out a sportsbook complaint form.
