BetGun (SBR rating D+) has declined to comment on the winnings confiscation reported by SBR on 11/29. A player had €724 removed from his account. The player alleges that BetGun stated the reason for the winnings seizure was that his password was the same as another player's.

Betgun (SBR rating D+) confiscates €724 from player. The player opened an account with Betgun on August 25th. In early November, the player requested a withdrawal of his €1654 Euro balance. Betgun paid the player only €930, and confiscated the remaining €7240. Betgun told the player that the player's password was the same as another player's. SBR is attempting to discuss this dispute with Betgun.

A BetGun (SBR rating D+) sportsbook complaint has been received. A player placed a winning parlay bet on Stanley Wawrinka and FC Lorient's ATP Matches which should have paid €453.81. The player logged into his account to check his balance after the parlay bet won and found that his stake was refunded by BetGun. BetGun stated to the player that they reserve the right to cancel wagers. SBR is investigating the complaint.
12.16.2008 (05:42 PM CST)Three unrelated BetGun (SBR rating D+) players report confiscation of winnings as well as deposits. The sportsbook claims each account holder shares an IP address with another user. BetGun justifies its action by simply stating that this is a "very serious rule violation." BetGun has not cooperated with SBR or players when asked for wagering and account user history.
