Comments: What a scam their bonuses are!!! First of all against what they state on their website they included existing money from my account into the bonus rollover requirements. I was pretty angry about that, but didn't worry too much about it since I was going to bed more anyway. However, the customer service was already pretty rude at that point. Once I met the new arbitrary rollover requirements, I withdrew the money, except for the bonus amount. They credited my account promptly, but took back the entire bonus that they had granted before. All in all they used the bonus to force me into betting several times with them, but they then took the bonus away from me once the requirements where met. Those are criminal practices and the rating for a site like this should be D at most since your money is highly at risk. I used other sites in the past and their bonuses were paid promptly and the company stuck to their advertised rules. I am fairly disappointed in this practice and I believe you should stay away from this bookie unless you don't care about your bonuses. Good luck. Sascha

Comments: I don't see any review for betED.com, so I thought I'd be the first to do that. I opened an account with them on December 2005. During the first month, they gave me grief because of the validation thing like every other sites do. I register my checking account with them, and it took quite many emails and phone calls back and forth between us to finally get it done. And then they accidentally debited my checking account for about $700, which was pretty devastating at that time. But then again, the account manager at betED.com is an extremely professional individual. He apologized for the mistake and quickly credited my account back the next day. One nice thing about them is that they always give you small bonus for every mistake that they made, no restriction bonus. Basically, free cash. So far so good, it's been around 3 months. I give B for the software because occasionally the lines won't load up, it just hang there forever. They use a flash-based interface, and I guess it's an in-house developed software. Cool, but doesn't mean it works everytime. All in all, I certainly recommend betED.com to any of you that is looking for a new gaming site.
