Comments: i have been with CRIS for about 2 yrs now...after receiving very poor service from ESB and SBG global...I switched to CRIS...never had a problem with their payouts....always get graded efficinetly and quickly....lots of people knock them for their loyalty and bonuses....but the fact is there is no bs.....the free plays or match plays are good because you have no rollover or minimum to bet to earn that bonus. Overall the only thing that could be better is their lines...they are a bit hard...but you get paid in a fast friendly manner...enough said.

Comments: I have been with Cris since ''97 and have NEVER had a problem. I do only sports betting so I can''t comment on the card games or other Vegas style games. I love the ''if'' style wagering when my first play hasn''t finished yet. I highly recommend Cris for the sports betting enthusiast!

Comments: I chose betcris based on sportsbookreview.com's information. After signing up, depositing and making some wagers - I requested my matchplay bonus. No bonus for firepay deposits. No where did I see this - and I am told bonuses are only for "secure" depositing methods. Can't say I'll be back.

Comments: Aside from barely understanding the customer service reps and an ugly website, BetCris is a good site. I would like to see some bonuses here but I guess they don't need to because business is good. Also, this and Bodog are the only sites that I have found that seem to have a legitimate blackjack game. I wouldnt recommend playing in any online casino though because most of them aren't regulated.

Comments: Stay away from their horse site. Their software is horrible. Two days ago I placed another wager 2 minutes before the gate loaded and they cancelled it stating it was made 1:58 after the race was over. This only cost me $200 this time but their past mistakes have cost me around 18k. Either they are purposely changing the time of the bets or their software is way off. Either way it is a scam.

Comments: Betcris has been quite good so far. Website is great, nice little loyalty program and bonuses. Customer service is the same as the other 4 books I've used, rather abissmal. Phone conduct is always on the unfriendly, slow, uncertain side when a comment or question is presented. This seems to be the conventional result everywhere you go when off-shore wagering. One big issue with Betcris: They round off every wager to their favor. They don't work with change. If a parlay pays you, say, $82.95, they round down to $82, not up to $83- they pocket the .95. If you wager $50 on a -115 money line, you lay $58. So your money line was really more than -115! After the course of 1 year, they'll pocket a couple hundred from you. Imagine pocketing a couple hundred(or more) from each of their thousands of customers every year! This makes me wonder why CRIS would still get an A+ rating from sportsbookreview. A+ means close to, if not flawless. This, to me, would negate the A+. But- on the plus side, this is what could possibly make CRIS a mainstay, and a reliable book. I would think this book is flourishing. I would also assume any problem with non-payment, or to the like, would be unspeakable- considering. I recommend Betcris, they're a fine sportsbook, you just have to pay for it.

these ratings are STRICTLY FOR THE SPORTSBOOK. the blackjack in their casino is crooked to the max---you can win or hold your own when betting $5 a hand or less, but as soon as you increase your bets the "random" cards change dramatically--the dealer when showing a ten ends up with 20 95% of the time, and all you get are 15's and 16's--i hope they all die a slow death. I guess the normal edge the house has is not good enough for these bastards.

 

Yes, the ratings are primarily based off of the sportsbook.  We currently don't do audits of the casinos to determine payout ratios.

extremely slow neteller payouts, frequently waiting 1 day for payouts, also customer service people very hard to understand, getting loyalty bonus credit also takes a phone call to get even though you should be able to do it on the website, although they have been safe to play with, many changes can occur, plus their lines are some of the highest vig aroung.

 

CRIS recently redesigned their website.  While there were some upgrades, one of the big "downgrades" was the loss of access to your loyalty points.  CRIS did indicate that the problem would be corrected.

Comments: I love everything about this site, but something recently happened that made me a life-long customer. I had a substantial amount of free play money, so I bet a huge moneyline to win $175. For some reason I thought that the $175 would go into my account, and the rest would go back into free play. Well, come to find out, this isn't how it works. I called Shawn M. at CRIS and explained that I was basically ignorant to how it worked, and I requested that the money be put back into my free play account so I could bet with it again in a proper fashion. I really didn't expect them to, but to my astonishment, they did!!! I don't know how many other sportsbooks would have done that, but I don't think it's many. Thanks CRIS!!!

Comments: I sent two seperate emails with two major concerns about the thousands I stashed away through Neteller. I didn't receive a response in almost 72 hours now. This book is a joke. And now I've got managers calling me everyday to get my money back. I feel lucky to have been able to pull the money out of my account there fast enough. Honestly, I've been with Pinnnacle, Jamaica, Cris and Olympic. Jamaica was friendly and courteous even though I was there quickly and Olympic was terrific. All my money is in Pinnacle now - nobody can touh them. The point is, CRIS has horrible customer service and I suggest that anybody who is a professional or wanting to be big money into a book stay away from Cris. How hard is it to respond to an email and take care of your customers? That is a huge component of placing trust in a sportsbook and Cris doesn't have it.

Comments: CRIS is a very good an reliable sportsbook. Promotion is good. I don't like the fact they round off your money and pocket your changes. Imagine all the bets you made with CRIS and at the end of the year how much the changes add up and they pocket them? Payout is quick!! Example wager $100 on -112 to win $89.29 They would pocket the .29 cents and give you $89 winning.

Comments: I've bet with cris for over 10 years but this year has been a nightmare. They have a new beting page. If you bet horses you can easily make a mistake. In the last month they have showed that a winning wager was a loser then correct it when you called them. You try and reload your account with the new check by phone and the bank page is down, if you try use a credit card it doesn't work. I close my account and am now looking for a book that books both sports and horses. Thanks for your site!!!

Comments: Good luck with this book. Payouts are miserable, to put it best. I had requested payouts several times by e-mail, with no response. I then called in, and finally got somewhere, but errors were made on that and delay after delay resulted in nothing but grief. Look to Bet Jamaica, Olympic or Pinnacle for quick online payouts without all this grief. Bonuses are a joke, and they also round off every play. Any change goes in their pocket. Granted, it may not seem like much, but after a number of plays, a play is lost to their rounding. Even a payout that would be, for example, $100.99, they pocket the .99 and don't round up. Just adds to the vig for the house.

Comments: Check this out....I recently opened up an account with betcris and made a few wagers but I wasn't happy with their sportsbook so I requested a withdrawal and I was told that it has been processed so I checked my firepay account but my funds hasn't been posted to my account yet... So I called them and asked why my funds isn't in my account yet and was told that it takes up to 24 hours for firepay to process it ... I then contacted firepay about this and this is what I was told "Note that any transfer from a merchant to your FirePay Personal Account will post to your account in real time. If the transfer does not show up in your FirePay Personal Account it is ONLY because the merchant has NOT actually sent the funds yet" I then contacted betcris again and asked for the FirePay transaction number and they said they couldnt give it to me until tomorrow ... This is bs because they never process my withdraw.... one thing I have to say DONT TRUST BETCRIS WHEN IT COMES TIME TO PAY.

Comments: Great site. Played at Pinnacle, Playersonly, Bodog, and a bunch of others. Been at Cris a year now and have no complaints. Picture-perfect customer service, lightning quick payouts, lines out here first, decent loyalty program (got a free sports pager w/ no monthly fee) and nice features including betting exchange and office pools. Very happy with this site and sure you will be too.

Comments: They have very poor customer service. When I made a deposit for X$ via their cashier, they took X$ from my Neteller account, but 2 hours later they took X$ again from Neteller. In both transactions I had in description pole "CRIS" but in my account in Betcris I had only x$, everything ok because I made only one deposit for x$, but why they took twice x$. I talked with their CS about this and they told me thet I have to wait two days to explain this because they have wait to supervisor, but CS told me that she saw this two transaction in system. After two days I had to explain everything again and they told me that they saw only one transaction for x$ and maybe neteller sent it somewhere else. And we talked and talked and about 6 hour (in total) they found my money in system and credit it back but nothing explained and they didn't say sorry for this, only closed connection and disconnected. Very poor customer service. Regards Piotr
