The player has been promised a payment plan using Western Union. These payments were to start on 11/15/04 but the player has since been told that “the payouts manager is on vacation” and they are not able to process his payouts. SBR has downgraded Changeabet and its sister sportsbooks, BetCNN and BetChanger to F+.
