Cascade's excuse for taking deposits while unable to pay owed players from the previous year was "new investors" were responsible for new marketing and deposits and the old Cascade would save money from bookmaking services to pay on delinquent account balances. Cascade has paid just over $22,000 to SBR readers since it initially stopped processnig payout requests. The total the book has since taken in deposits is unknown.

10.10.2007 (07:37 AM CST)Cascade balance holders are invited to provide their account information to SportsbookReview which will sponsor and organize action in an attempt to assist in collecting delinquent balances.
