BetCascade is a deposit-only sportsbook that owes millions of dollars to players. BetCascade is on the worst sportsbooks blacklist. As the NFL football season approaches, BetCascade has continued to attempt to market itself to unsuspecting players that are unaware of the sportsbook's theft. BetCascade should be avoided at all costs.
A BetCascade (SBR rating F) no-pay complaint has been received. A bettor that requested $1,532 in March of 2009 detailed his frustration with the scam sportsbook. BetCascade owes millions of dollars to players, and has turned into a no-pay sportsbook on the worst sportsbooks blacklist. An SBR representative phoned BetCascade posing as a player asking to deposit funds and was provided instructions by BetCascade; additionally, the site has been maintained and still markets toward new depositors, while paying no winners.
As predicted, BetCascade (SBR rating F) did not answer email or its phones when SBR inquired about its most recent victim. SBR will issue regular warnings against scam sportsbook BetCascade.

He made his last deposit in February of 2009 before going on a winning run. He attempted to collect over $4000 in March. Unfortunately the player was unaware that BetCascade owes millions of dollars to its former players. Cascade continues to advertise bonuses and wagering promotions on its website.
Two On-LineSportsbook (SBR rating D-) players file new payout complaints
The sportsbook told users that it is waiting for access to player-deposited funds collected by credit card processors. Blaming third parties for not having access to funds is a common excuse and one used by stiff sportsbooks LazerWager (SBR rating F) and BetCascade (SBR rating F). However, GoTo Entertainment sportsbooks commonly puts large winners on payment plans. Players are hopeful the book will get through these latest issues and begin to make payments. The two players have requested over $3,000 and have balances of over $15,000 combined.

. SBR will ask FirstClass management to comment before initiating rating coverage.

BetCascade (SBR rating F) Scam continues over one year later
The most recent scam report comes from a player who deposited in April and says he was promised a payout of over $4,000. Like other players who have been waiting since April of 2007, he was told his payout "would arrive soon." Cascade's excuse for taking deposits while unable to pay owed players from the previous year was "new investors" were responsible for new marketing and deposits and the old Cascade would save money from bookmaking services to pay on delinquent account balances. Cascade has paid just over $22,000 to SBR readers since it initially stopped processnig payout requests. The total the book has since taken in deposits is unknown.

I guy named Justin said he was sending the money on that Tuesday, never received and no return call from him. I spoke to the manager named by Lenny, he keeps telling me that I will get paid, well its been 2 weeks, and he keeps feeding me bull****. PLEASE HELP.

10.26.2007 Second sportsbook, BigWorldCasino identified from BetCascade Scam operation
BigWorldCasino is the second book in two days to be identified as part of deposit-only sportsbook, BetCascade's operation. Each book uses the same software and server IP address. Players can log in to the BigWorldCasino platform with their Cascade account details. Players have pointed out that the sportsbooks refer to themselves as SBG Global (SBR rating D-)
in their Terms of Service. This is the result of copying SBG's rules and poor editing. BigWorldCasino enters the SBR Rating Guide at F.
Cascade Victim: I was able to login to betsportsinc and bigworldsports with my cascade password and ID. My delinquent balance and history shows. This shows using same database and same security software. I originally posted this but removed so they cannot fix the problem and deny it.
New sportsbook, BetSportsInc tied to no-pay book BetCascade (SBR rating F)

Thanks to SBRforum member Jellybean for information.
Cascade balance holders are invited to provide their account information to SportsbookReview which will sponsor and organize action in an attempt to assist in collecting delinquent balances. Options include establishing a trust account in Costa Rica where Cascade would agree to fund the account weekly. Accumulated funds would be dispersed to players quarterly on a percentage basis. The second and more likely option is a class-action suit. An appointed representative for the group of owed players would pursue funds through the Costa Rica legal system. SBR has verified one payment to a BetCascade post-up player since March 26th. BetCascade.com is currently taking wagers and aggressively pursuing new customers.

(SBR rating D) payout complaints mount; book fails to meet latest self-set deadline. Cascade, which has blamed a variety of processing issues for withdrawal delays, is unable to pay due to lack of funds. There is currently no timetable set for when payments may resume or information regarding how Cascade plans to address its debt. Users are hopeful that the book will be able to partner with an existing operation as it has done in the past, although it is unlikely due to Cascade's volatile bookmaking style. Bettors should ignore all sales calls and bonus offers at this time.
BetCascade (SBR rating C) states that payments will resume by Wednesday. SBR will continue to monitor and report on progress of pending withdrawals.
(SBR rating C) player reports five figure slow-pay and multiple failed payout promises. BetCascade states that payouts will resume next week when a new processor is obtained. enters financial partnership with one of the most respected and established bookmakers in the offshore industry. SBR is of the opinion that this is a very positive move for BetCascade Sportsbook. The owner of BetCascade told SBR: "... with their bankroll, expertise, reputation, my own reputation and ability to get customers, Cascade will reaffirm its position as a GREAT sportsbook for all kinds of players..." SBR to consider further upgrades as this partnership develops.
Cascade suffered several downgrades when Grande (SBR rating A-) pulled out of a business arrangement with BetCascade. Cascade ownership hinted this past week that a deal with a cross town credit only rival, a non post-up sportsbook, was in the works.
has a new partner. SBR sources say the deal looks good and will likely close but it's not a done deal yet. Cascade deals to many professional players and has had more than its share of ups and downs. The current BetCascade owner told SBR recently that his operation is in no danger with or without new financial backing and that opinions stated by SBR and others to the contrary are misguided speculation.
BetCascade's major backer is no longer guaranteeing the debts of this operation except for possibly certain credit packages that have not settled. SBR has lowered the rating on Cascade from C to D+.
Players should use caution. SBR continues to with hold a further downgrade while trying to verify the financial backing. There are a few reports of credit players being slow paid, these reports are not through SBR and have not been confirmed. In addition, SBR can confirm a well respected agent has pulled out along with one minor investor. SBR at this time would recommend players who deposit money (post-up players) who enjoy Cascade keep their balances at a bare minimum or withdraw their funds until more facts are known. Credit players who have strong agents, that are fully responsible for all settlements, are not affected.
